Tequila Ocho
Tequila Ocho is a combination of the passion, experience, and knowledge between Tomas Estes and Carlos Camarena, resulting in the finest tequila possible. Carlos Camarena is now a third generation tequila producer. He is one of the few that still make tequila in the slow, artisanal way. The founder of Café Pacifico, El Nivel and La Perla Bars, Tomas Estes, has been selling and promoting tequila in his Mexican bars and restaurants since 1976, and has gained recognition and respect throughout the worldwide bar and spirits community for his work promoting tequila, agave spirits and Mexican culture around the world. Tequila Ocho is the only SINGLE ESTATE TEQUILA on the market. Its agaves are harvested from individual single estates at varying altitudes in different micro climates – delivering vintages of tequila that differ in aroma and flavor one from the other, while still retaining Ocho’s distinguishable identity. The ESSENCE of Tequila Ocho is “TERROIR”. “Terroir” is the French concept, often used in the wine culture that states that grapes take unique and distinctive characteristics from all the natural influences surrounding them. Because it takes the agaves 7-10 years to mature, each vintage will only be seen once a decade making each one rare and collectible. Tequila Ocho is one of the few remaining tequilas to be made in the “Slow Food” manner as it: •Is made slowly with pride and care at every step in the process. •Uses only natural ingredients with no additives of any kind. •Uses traditional methods like brick ovens for cooking the agaves, wooden vats for fermentation, and a small copper still for its final distillation. •Celebrates diversity by creating single ranch batches of tequila each with its own character (individuality) •States the exact location from which the agave comes

Our founder Carlos D’Aristi was a true pioneer with a passion for adventure, flavor and culture, and at a young age set out to travel the Yucatan peninsula in search Mayan traditions. After discovering an ancestral drink of the Mayan people, he returned home to create his own version. Since creating this cornerstone product, D'Aristi Xtabentún, our company has grown to include a portfolio of artisanal liqueurs, all made in our estate with locally-sourced fruits, sugar cane rum & spices, including Kalani, a 100% natural coconut liqueur, Huana, a guanabana liqueur, and Narano, a bitter orange liqueur, in addition to a portfolio of artisanal rums from the Mexican Caribbean. Destiladora Del Valle de Tequila, also known as Casa Maestri is a family business, created 12 years ago by Michael and Celia Maestri. We have quickly grown to be the 11th largest in Mexico for exports. All of Casa Maestri’s “Destiladora Del Valle de Tequila” tequilas are created using traditional methods of manufacturing. We use the best agaves from the region of Tequila and the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, as we combine the baking processes of both traditional stone ovens and autoclaves. Owners Celia and Michael Maestri have a combined experience of 72 years to create an ultra smooth and luxurious tequila for its customers. The result of this effort goes around the world; Casa Maestri has customers from over 28 countries such as USA, Russia, Bangladesh, Japan, Jamaica, Germany, UK, Colombia, Argentina, China, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Ukraine, Turkey, South Korea and many more.

Don Angelo Cetto, que con gran convicción y fortaleza siembra, en tierras fértiles de Baja California, la noble tradición vinícola europea. El prestigio alcanzado, no llega solo; sino más bien, se saborea luego de años de experiencia y trabajo continuo. Esta labor se remonta muchos años atrás, cuando en 1928 un hombre visionario, Don Angelo Cetto, que con gran convicción y fortaleza siembra, en tierras fértiles de Baja California, la noble tradición vinícola europea. Don Angelo utilizó su destreza y conocimientos adquiridos en su natal Trentino, Italia. En 1951, una segunda generación siguió los pasos del fundador de nuestra empresa. Don Luis Agustín Cetto, quien fiel a la tradición desarrollada por su padre, consolida la marca de la compañía en el privilegiado Valle de Guadalupe, lugar que recibió en el año 1965 al Ingeniero Camilo Magoni, desde Morbegno, Italia, este enólogo de gran talento alcanzó rápidamente la madurez y el éxito en la elaboración de los vinos. La calidad característica de tantos años dio sus mayores frutos en el año 1983 cuando se lanzó al mercado los primeros varietales de la línea L.A. Cetto y que en poco tiempo fueron apetecidos por los paladares más exigentes. Después de años de dedicación y sueños cumplidos, en 1983, se une a esta tarea familiar la tercera generación: Luis Alberto Cetto, quien se encomienda al propósito de reforzar el crecimiento de la empresa y fortalecer la historia del grupo, contribuyendo también a la apertura de los mercados internacionales para los vinos mexicanos, sin dejar de ampliar el círculo de los consumidores en nuestro país.
