Simex - Traditional value! Simex Company from Subotica is one of the largest producers of fruit brandies i.e. rakija and other spirits in Serbia. Since its founding in 1991, the company has sought to develop its own production capacities and improve technological processes. Today, Simex is a modern spirits producer, with business processes aligned with the principles of quality management and customer satisfaction. Continuous is the process improvement of the quality of our products and business processes in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Serbia, the European Union. PRODUCTION The entire production process, from the inflow of fruit into warehouses to the delivery to consumers, is well organized, controlled and supervised by a team of experts. Fruit is delivered to the factory where it is stored in a space suitable for ripening to achieve the full characteristic flavors. Fermentation of milled fruit occurs in a special stainless steel containers - fermenters. Fermentation must be as slow as possible for preserving the precious fragrant components. Distilling is carried out at the plant for distillation and afterwards the new fruit brandy is stored and matured in the stainless steel containers until filling and packaging. QUALITY CONTROL The quality policy has a key position in the Simex company business policy. The company constantly performs the control of raw materials and process controls up to the storage of finished products. Trivulesk Distillery Llc

Distillery Trivulesk was founded in May 2015 and is engaged in the production of natural fruit brandy. The annual capacity of the distillery is bottles, of which the dominant role is the pear brandy of Williams pear. Due to the high demand of Trivun’s brandy, as well as the extraordinary interest of the Russian Chamber of Commerce, which has already been contracted, it plans to increase the capacity of the distillery to bottles a year and to build a new production facility. The production program consists of 9 types of brandy with 34 products: williams pear, apricot, quince, plum, cider, grape, fruit, honey and herb, which are packed in bottles of 0.05l, 0.187l, 0.7l, 0.75 and 5 liters. In particular, bottles are in the form of trucks, engines, accordions and trumpets, which are the work of Italian designers. The trademark of the distillery is the “Williams Fruit”, an exclusive bottle in which the mature fruits of the pear is found. Since the establishment of 2015 until today, Trivun’s brandy has been found on the market of entire southern Serbia, big cities like Niš and Kragujevac, as well as in the market of the city of Belgrade. Trivulesk has already confirmed the quality of its distillery products at fairs across the country. We would like to mention that we are represented in the most elite hotels, hotels and large retail chains in Serbia, and some of them are Restaurant Franš, Restaurant Kalemegdanska Terasa, Restaurant Madera, Restaurant Majdan, Restaurant Skadarlijska Night, Klub književnika, Hotel Crowne Plaza, Hotel Holiday inn, Hotel Majestic, Hotel Hilton Belgrade, Cash & Carry chains, Metro, Lamela etc.

The vineyards are located in the meadow of Lukarevina and have been in the family for over 200 years. Wines from the Fragaria winery won four medals at their first world appearance at AWC Vienna. Cuvee Fragaria Red 2018 won gold, while the first world medal for wine sort Jagoda is a silver medal in the competition of 11.232 wines from 41 countries! Voćni motivi na samom Perunu/hrastu predstavljaju osnovnu paletu mirisa i boja naše vinske ponude. Elementi violina, truba, božur, lastavica i kruna pričaju priču o vinskoj regiji Šumadija.
