Invetlab
INVETLAB is a start-up company founded as the result of Innovation Serbia Project (ISP), with the aim of development and commercialization of innovations in the field of biotechnology and production of natural and health-promoting biotech products. Invetlab participated in the projects “Scale-up for industrial production of novel probiotic for intestinal infections of non-human mammals” funded by ISP and “Development of technological processes for production of innovative probiotic products for prevention and treatment of intestinal infections in animals”, under Grant Scheme program funded by Innovation Fund. Invetlab has the license agreements with Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering for registration, production, distribution and use of innovative probiotic for animals, as well as for dairy starter cultures for production of yoghurt and various types of cheeses. As the result, innovative probiotic for animals has been successfully commercialized and delivered to the Serbian market. Invetlab je biotehnološka startup kompanija osnovana 2015. godine sa ciljem razvoja i komercijalizacije inovacija u oblasti probiotika za životinje, kada je razvijena i prva domaća inovativna probiotička kultura za prevenciju i tretman teško izlečivih bakterijskih infekcija i upalnih bolesti creva sisara. Novi probiotik za životinje je izuzetno efikasan u terapiji crevnih infekcija različite etiologije i smanjuje broj patogenih bakterija ispod granice detekcije. Stoga, može da se koristi kao alternativa za upotrebu antibiotika u prevenciji i terapiji crevnih infekcija i drugih poremećaja povezanih sa disbalansom crevne mikrobiote. Dejstvo novog probiotika je testirano u laboratorijskim uslovima u Institutu za molekularnu genetiku i genetičko inženjerstvo, Univerziteta u Beogradu. Inovativni probiotik za životinje osvojio Godišnju nagradu Privredne komore Beograda za 2016. godinu za najbolju inovaciju, dizajn i tehnološko unapređenje.
