Auckram Publishing Ltd trades as Tangleby Gardens. We have published, since October 2022, three books. The first 'Tails of Tangleby Gardens' a children's 11 chapter story with over 200 illustrations and 40 recipes, each with a QR Code, that children can learn to cook. Books two and three are adult recipe books each with over 160 recipes. Beautiful photography of the food set in the gardens of Tangleby. We plan to publish two to three books a year. There is a second children's book later this year and three more in the planning and writing stages for next year. One being our first local history book.
