Long-term investment requires companies capable of long-term sustainability, enabling them to generate a solid return that can provide a secure buffer for future pensions. Attractive employer AP2 is an attractive employer, with a staff of around 70. It employs some of the foremost in their respective fields, as portfolio managers, analysts and other specialists. Together, this workforce ensures efficient portfolio management with over 80 percent of assets being managed in-house. The office is centrally located in Gothenburg.

The Anthropocene Fixed Income Institute (AFII) conducts research into these linkages, generates climate-positive trade ideas, and executes advocacy in a bid to end the worst climate transgressions through the bond market. The AFII also seeks to develop creative ways for fixed income to play a positive role, through deepening of the green bond market and further developments of green financing concepts. Being driven by the belief that climate commitments must in the end be reflected in the buy and sell decisions of traders, portfolio managers and allocators, AFII mainly engages market professionals to ensure that relevance.

Nordic Angels is an initiative looking to unite the angels in the Nordic startup ecosystem to increase both bandwidth and leverage. The definition of an angel is any business angel who is contributing to the startup ecosystem as either an investor, board member, advisor, and/or in any other way invests time, capital, or effort to help the startup scene thrive. The Nordic Angels platform includes events, data collection, data sharing, networking tools, and other digital products to help generate powerful connections, insights, and efficiency within the community. Nordic Angels was created by Ash Pournouri and Andreas Grape in the year of the pandemic, in August of 2020, as the need for community and collaboration became more apparent than ever. As the world took a giant leap into digitalisation, there was a clear need to do the same for the startup community with no competent solution in sight. The vision stems from a necessity to build a stronger presence and position for capital, competence, and community in local startup ecosystems, rather than seeing the Nordic region being disfavoured for larger financial markets.
