Galenika – Magmasil je počela sa radom pod imenom „Miloš Mamić“ 1950 godine sa tri pogona u Zemunu i Novom Beogradu za proizvodnju kiseonika, lepkova i vodenog stakla. Utoku 1963 godine, izdvaja se pogon lepkova i seli na drugu lokaciju a preostali delovi proizvodnje objedinjavaju se u jednu celinu i sele u modernu fabriku na Batajničkom drumu gde se i danas nalazi. 1969 godine „Miloš Mamić“ postaje sastavni deo već moćnog poslovnog sistema „GALENIKA “,zatim prolazi kroz razne oblike samoupravnog organizovanja, da bi na kraju postala deo novoosnovanog Holdinga „Galenika “ koji je nastao posle kupovine fabrike lekova od strane američke firme ICN ( 1991. godine). U januaru 1995 god. fabrika „ Miloš Mamić“menja ime i postaje Akcionarsko društvo „ Magmasil “ a 1997 godine izdvaja se iz Holdinga „ Galenika“ i počinje samostalno da posluje pod nazivom „ Galenika – Magmasil “ A.D. 1998 godine nezavisni procenjivači izvršili su prvu procenu kapitala,a konačno Rešenje o vrednovanju imovine izdato je godine, kada preduzeće postaje deoničarsko društvo. Prolazeći kroz svojinsku transformaciju i izlaskom na Beogradsku berzu, većinski paket akcija je kupila firma „ Tradeinique “ iz Beograda koja je nakon sprovođenja odgovarajućih mera,23 januara 2007 godine postala stoprocentni vlasnik i u martu iste godine konstituisala Galeniku – Magmasil kao društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću. Agrosava
Agrosava was founded in 1990 in Belgrade. From the very beginning, the guiding idea was the creation of a specialized company in the field of plant protection. In 1996 our company started production in a small plant in Šimanovci, 25 km away from Belgrade. Today, there is one of the most modern factories in the eastern part of Europe for the formulation of granular, liquid and powder, pesticides, seed processing center with seed dryer and seed storage with pallet places, plastic packaging production plant, printery, laboratories, as well as the distribution center for pesticides on 1.6 ha. In 2004 a breeding house AS hibridi was established within Agrosava, which is specialized in corn selection and breeding, and, starting from 2016, in selection and breeding of wheat. We were the first to register hybrid wheat and made a big step forward when it comes to cereal production. Since 2005, we have introduced the integrated quality system (ISO 9001), environment protection (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety (ISO 18001). Since 2014, the seed quality testing laboratory has been accredited in accordance with SRPS ISO/IES 17025:2006 for the methods of sampling and testing seeds of cereals, industrial and fodder plants. Today, Agrosava has a team of over 220 employees, and more than 40% are highly educated experts of various profiles: agricultural engineers, plant protection engineers, economists, chemists, technologists, etc. With their knowledge, experience and advice, they provide a safe base for every agricultural producer.
