Lumacs
We are a fun and friendly society, welcoming people of all abilities. No experience is required to join! We host regular practice sessions and we offer the opportunity to take part in paid performances both on and off campus. Our circle of magicians are a mix of self-taught and trained teachers, allowing a flexible and fun space to learn or practice magic, ranging from card tricks to hypnotism to mentalist magic. We also have aerial silks and hoop, a fantastic way to build amazing strength and flexibility! We offer weekly lessons and practice sessions within the society.

The Magicians Table
The Magicians Table brings together some of the UK’s best magicians who will perform an array of incredible magic right at your table, inches from your nose. Our evening has been curated so that you’ll see a mixture of close up magic unlike anywhere else. The Magicians Table reimagines what the art of magic can be. Drinks will be served throughout the evening, live music is the soundtrack of your night and you’ll be told an original tale of love, loss and mystery.

Gorilla Circus
We are an independent circus production company based in the UK, delivering interactive, mixed-scale, indoor and outdoor contemporary shows for all ages; comprised of aerial spectaculars and ground-level performances on eye-catching custom structures that include zip lines, hydraulics, moving props, and various FX. Our artists range from aerialists and wire-walkers to parkour artists and dancers, as well as gifted poets and music producers to help tie our shows together. Gorilla Circus was born in 2009 from the vision of a former flying trapeze artist on a mission to innovate, improve, and create new varieties of spectaculars that tell important stories of real world issues, with unique structures on which to set the magic. A few years later and here we are! A passionate micro-team, working hard to deliver beautiful, thought-provoking, contemporary circus shows for all ages. Our structures are as much a character and part of the show as the performers are, and are adaptable to suit the production requirements and budget of each event. In 2022 we were made a generous NPO grant offer by Arts Council England, which we are excited to be applying into activities at our base in Fenland and beyond.
