Le Relais Social Urbain Mons-Borinage est un réseau d'institutions publiques et privées qui développe un dispositif de lutte contre l’exclusion sociale et la grande précarité sur l’Arrondissement administratif de Mons. C’est un centre de coordination des services accompagnant les personnes en situation de grande précarité et d'exclusion sociale dans les différentes dimensions de l'aide au public. L’objectif principal étant que les opérateurs coordonnent leurs interventions et renforcent leurs compétences afin que les bénéficiaires et principalement les personnes sans abri, sortent de leur situation et cheminent vers un mieux-être.

L’ASBL Comme Chez Nous lutte contre la grande précarité et le sans-abrisme en mettant en place des solutions innovantes ayant pour objectif un impact social à long terme. Nos trois leviers d’impact principaux sont, premièrement : l’accueil et l’accompagnement social en journée, deuxièmement : la création de solutions de logements à finalité sociale et, troisièmement : la dissémination de nos savoirs et expertises auprès des autres acteurs de l’action sociale, de l’administration et du politique. Ces trois leviers sont supportés par une dynamique de recherche-action ambitieuse, une approche professionnelle de la levée de fonds, une réflexion sur notre communication et notre place dans l’environnement, ainsi que notre stratégie immobilière. A moyen terme, nous désirons franchir un pas dans notre activité, changer d’échelle. Cela passe par un renforcement des différents axes qui soutiennent notre travail social : la stratégie immobilière, la levée de fonds, la communication, la politique organisationnelle, la recherche-action etc. Cela se matérialisera, dans un premier temps, par l’acquisition de nouveaux bâtiments et le développement d’une activité économique en vue de générer des fonds propres de manière pérenne. Dans un second temps, nous pourrons accroître graduellement notre offre de logements, notre capacité (qualitative et quantitative) d’accompagnement social, une forte implantation à Charleroi avec une identité carolo marquée et la dissémination de nos expertises.

Territoir'es Bertrix

Ce projet, cofinancé par l'Union européenne, est porté par le C.P.A.S. de Bertrix et poursuit un double objectif - proposer un emploi adapté à toutes les personnes privées d'emploi depuis plus de 2 ans - développer une ou plusieurs activité(s) professionnelle(s) qui répond(ent) à un besoin du territoire, la commune de Bertrix en l’occurrence. Développé en France depuis 2016, le projet TZCLD vise, à l'échelle d'un petit territoire, à proposer à toute personne privée durablement d’emploi (PPDE) qui le souhaite, un emploi à durée indéterminée à temps choisi, en développant des activités utiles pour répondre aux besoins du territoire. L'un des constats réalisés est que les offres d'emploi à pourvoir ne colle pas toujours au profil des demandeurs d'emploi du territoire. Un stéréotype bien ancré fait croire que tous les demandeurs d'emploi ne veulent pas travailler, or beaucoup veulent sortir de ce statut, notamment à cause du regard des autres. Co-financé via la programmation 2021-2027 du FSE+, le projet implique un changement de paradigme et un renversement du pouvoir de décision. On ne part pas d’un dispositif préexistant mais on part des personnes, de leurs compétences, savoir-faire et aspirations pour créer des emplois avec la limite de ne pas entrer en concurrence avec des activités déjà assumées par des acteurs économiques sur le territoire ni avec des emplois publics.

Kinderrechtencommissariaat

Het Vlaams Kinderrechtencommissariaat ziet toe op de naleving van kinderrechten in Vlaanderen. Dat doen we door te luisteren naar kinderen, jongeren, ouders en professionals. We onderzoeken onafhankelijk hun klachten over mogelijke schendingen van kinderrechten. We bemiddelen en geven individueel advies. Voor het Vlaams Parlement en andere beleidsmakers formuleren we concrete beleidsadviezen. Zo willen we de stem van kinderen en jongeren maximaal laten weerklinken. Klachten behandelen De Klachtenlijn van het Kinderrechtencommissariaat is er voor jongeren onder de 18 jaar en hun belangenbehartigers. Als volwassene kan je klacht indienen zolang het gaat over de rechten van een min 18-jarige. Zijn de rechten van een min 18-jarige geschonden door een dienst of overheid? Loopt een jongere vast in regelgeving en procedures? Of in hun relatie met een organisatie of instantie? Dan kloppen ze best bij de Klachtenlijn van het Kinderrechtencommissariaat aan. Daar kunnen ze klacht indienen over schendingen van rechten van kinderen en jongeren op verschillende terreinen zoals gezondheidszorg, milieu, onderwijs, tewerkstelling, justitie, mobiliteit, gezin, vrije tijd, hulpverlening, ruimtelijke ordening, wonen. De Klachtenlijn onderzoekt grondig en onafhankelijk de klachten. De Klachtenlijn bemiddelt en geeft helder advies om de klacht om te buigen naar een oplossing in het belang van de minderjarige. Onderzoek start als andere middelen uitgeput zijn of geen oplossing brachten. Toetsen doen we in de eerste plaats aan het kinderrechtenverdrag en het wettelijk kader. Daarnaast zijn de algemeen aanvaarde ombudsnormen een belangrijk toetsingskader. Die normen hebben vooral te maken met behoorlijkheid en zorgvuldigheid van de dienstverlening van overheden, diensten en voorzieningen. Meer informatie over de klachtenlijn op

Ik zou het zo fijn vinden als je bij co-con de kracht van echte verbinding en zelfzorg komt ontdekken, zodat je mag groeien als mens, vrouw en ondernemer.

Le 26 aide les femmes et leurs enfants à retrouver une vie décente. C'est une maison située à Charleroi et qui accueille chaque année 300 femmes et enfants en grandes difficultés sociales et/ou étant victimes de violences. L'association vise à redonner les moyens à ces femmes fragilisées de rebondir dans leur vie. Les actions concrètes mises en place par Le 26 sont : ACCUEILLIR - HEBERGER - ACCOMPAGNER. Le 26 est aujourd'hui une maison d'accueil reconnue et agréée par les pouvoirs publics.
