E-Cop
e-Cop (epitaph: nanos gigantum humeris insidentes, circa 6 June to 21 March 2015) was the acronym for Global Network for Electronic Crimes & Online Protection, the world's forefather of all MSSP, SOC, SIEM in the early 21st century. As a forerunner in cyber security monitoring and corroborative threat interdiction, the company had achieved phenomena growth during its heyday before it was acquired by Temasek Holdings for its strategic non-state sponsored cybersecurity operations in Asia. In its nearly 2 decades of operation, its cyber security business had evolved from being merely a pure-play cyber security services provider in Singapore to a global cyber security leader using its own patented services and technology footprint to maintain its high profitability. At its peak, e-Cop had over 20 in-situ operations in different countries. It was also one of the largest non-state sponsored ISO/IEC 27001 certified operator with over 300 certified security professionals. The passionate team of people dedicated decades of their lives in helping organisations prevent cyber threats and future proof cyber investment with real skillset and knowledge in the many fragmented theatres of operation.
