It comes in two versions, the free one allows potential customers to test out the scanner to see whether their issue is detected. If the user is satisfied with the results, they are offered to buy the full version, which includes customer support and custom fixes, in addition to the spyware removal option. If the program is unable to deal with the infection, the user can contact customer support, who will provide a custom fix to deal with it. In addition, WiperSoft's database is regularly updated so that it can detect even the newest threats. Another thing that should be mentioned is that the program does not influence the computer's performance in a negative way. Many similar software slow down the device, especially during the scan, but WiperSoft will work in the background without disturbing whatever the user is doing with the computer at that time. WiperSoft boasts users from over 120 different countries, and has reached 3,5 million downloads in just two years.
