Sos Dance Global
SOS Dance is a tech-enabled, global movement on a mission to empower a generation of 'QUEENS' through dance, using dance as a source of strength, power and confidence they can use across all aspects of their life. Having built our own proprietary booking platform to scale, SOS operates across major towns and cities including London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh, running weekly classes that have reached over women to date. Our signature model — training certified 'BOSSES'(instructors) to teach 'SOS QUEENS'(students) — reflects our belief that empowerment thrives in community. SOS Dance is not about perfection; it’s about power, joy and the freedom to move without judgment. Our class concepts taught nationwide include Commercial, featuring new pop-inspired dance routines released every couple of weeks, and Heels, which combines dance with the sass appeal, power and glamour of moving in heels. Beyond movement, SOS has become a thriving ecosystem for female entrepreneurship, leadership and mastering the art of the side hustle. Our BOSSES — many of whom lead their own communities while balancing full-time careers — personify our mission to help women rise together having started their dance journey as ‘Queens’ themselves. At SOS, we believe true empowerment begins with feeling supported, accepted and celebrated — because when you feel like yourself, your inner power and sass can shine. Because when one QUEEN rises, we all rise – and everything we do has been created in service of this.

Outta Puff Daddys
We are the Outta Puff Daddys.a bunch of Dads that get Outta Puff dancing, from Brighton, UK, and a social media sensation! First formed in 2012, our camaraderie and friendship go far beyond just dancing. Over the years, we’ve supported each other through personal tragedies and challenges - our bond has become a genuine lifeline for our own mental wellbeing. Together, we’re breaking down stereotypes around traditional masculinity, showing that strength comes from honesty, vulnerability and connection. We believe it’s not just about encouraging men to talk, it’s about creating communities and environments that enable men to talk more openly. We need to break the stigma and normalise conversations, so no one feels they have to face their struggles alone. Via our social media, live performances and keynote talks (by our crew leader Paul 'JUKEBOX' Jukes) we share our stories openly, combining joyful dance with powerful mental health messaging. The result has been transformative. Our content has amassed millions of views and followers from all corners of the globe. Our profile and message is well and truly being heard and supported around the world. Our story has been featured globally on various broadcasts including BBC, ITV, NBC, Channel10, Capital Radio and more. Dad Dancing has never looked so good!
