Zagreb Dance Company
Zagreb Dance Company was founded in 1970 by the dance artist Lela Gluhak Buneta, and since 2014 it has been run by the producer Petra Glad Mažar with Petra Valentić joining her in the artistic directors role in 2022. Throughout many years of its existence and under the leadership of various artistic directors, Zagreb Dance Company (ZPA) has always insisted on original works and high artistic and technical level of its productions. Regular collaborations with foreign choreographers and various artists from the fields of theatre, visual arts and music, have contributed to the Company’s readiness to face the challenges of different artistic approaches and poetics. As such, ZPA has marked the careers of many dancers and dance experts who are working in Croatia and abroad. For its contribution to the development of Croatian theatre, ZPA has received the Croatian Association of Dramatic Artists’ awards for best choreography (2004, 2012, 2018), best female dancer (2004, 2016), best male dancer (2004, 2006, 2012), best set design (2006), and best dance production (2008, 2012). Zagreb Dance Company continually presents its productions at theatres and festivals in Croatia and abroad, with performances in almost all European countries, Russia, South Korea, Israel, Egypt, the Dominican Republic and Mexico.

Tango Pasional
Out of great love and passion for tango, in 2010, Lucija and Luka started a school under the name Tangoneo with the aim of promoting Argentine tango, music and culture. In 2023, Tangoneo got a new image under the name - Tango Pasional. In the past time, the school has become a real place of inspiration, learning and community, and we are proud of each of the hundreds of dancers who took their first dance steps with us. Thanks to the wonderful tangueros who are part of this community, Tango Pasional has become more than just a dance school - it's a place where passion and love for tango connect hearts and create incredible human stories. Both in Zagreb and in Rijeka, in addition to regular classes and workshops, we organize dance evenings (milongas and practicas), Zagreb Tango Festival and Zagreb Embrace, and cooperate with other Argentine tango dance schools and teachers inside and outside Croatia.
