A Prianto GmbH vállalatot 2009-ben alapította William Geens és Oliver Roth; a vállalat azóta a nagyvállalati (enterprise) szoftvermegoldásokra specializált értéknövelt szoftverdisztribútorok élvonalába tartozik Európában. 2011 óta a Prianto Nagy-Britanniában, Ausztriában és Svájcban is jelen van, 2012-ben belépett a Benelux-államok piacára, 2014-ben Lengyelországban, 2016-ban pedig az Egyesült Államokban és Franciaországban alapított leányvállalatot. 2017-ben fiókvállalatokat nyitott Csehországban, Magyarországon, Szlovákiában valamint az Adria-menti országokban. 2018-ban Kanadában hoztak létre lányvállalatot. Prianto Magyarországi csapatunk 19 szakértőből áll, lefedve a Kelet-Európai piacot.
