Företaget, känt för sin höga kvalitet och leveranssäkerhet, levererar som kontraktstillverkare till världsledande företag inom bl.a. fordonsindustri, försvarsindustri samt övrig verkstadsindustri. Seriestorlekar allt från prototyper till kontinuerlig tillverkning. Med ett stort antal CNC-maskiner bearbetas avancerade detaljer från några gram till ett par hundra kg med hög noggrannhet i de flesta material, inklusive aluminium, titan, koppar och rostfritt stål. Utgångsmaterial kan vara från bl.a. stång, gjutgods samt smide. Med excenter- och hydrauliska pressar från 50 – 250 ton klipps, bockas, präglas samt djupdras artiklar från strips eller rondell. De hydrauliska pressarna från 500 – ton nyttjas i huvudsak för kallflytpressning av ämnen i aluminium samt koppar. För att verifiera samt säkra kvaliteten på vår tillverkning har vi ett antal koordinatmätmaskiner samt naturligtvis också kompletterande mätutrustning. I vårt materiallaboratorium utför vi bl.a. hårdhetsmätning samt dragprovning. RZ ZamParts moderna maskinpark består av ca 60 maskingrupper fördelat på ca 9 m². Investering sker löpande för att ha en modern, automatiserad och hållbar maskinpark. Skärande bearbetning och plastisk bearbetning är företagets specialitet. RZ ZamPart är certifierade enligt IATF 16949, ISO 9001 och ISO 14001 och arbetar med allt från prototypserier till serietillverkning. Vi rekryterar löpande.
