Lowland Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association (Lowland RFCA) promotes and supports recruitment to the Army, Navy and Air Force Reserves and Cadet organisations in the Lowlands of Scotland. This includes the Cadet Expansion Programme and work to recognise Cadet qualifications within the Scottish education system. • Employer Engagement – we engage with employers to promote the benefits of working with Reserves and Cadets. Through Defence Relationship Management we facilitate engagement between the Armed Forces and employers who want to find out how they can support our Reserve Forces or who have reservists amongst their workforce.
