Bungalow Denmark
Bungalow Denmark is a Danish interior design company. Our main product-lines are hand block-printed textiles, stoneware table top items, handmade stationary and paper ware and decorative Christmas star lights. Characteristic colours and patterns are essential ingredients in our collection and so are the incredible traditional skills of fine craftsmen and women in India. OUR STORY Bungalow was started in the summer of 2004 after many years of fiddling with the idea of my own business. I have traveled throughout India and South Asia for the past 14 years and I have lived and studied in the Himalayas as part of my Bachelor’s Degree in Indian Philosophy from the University of Aarhus. I have always been fascinated by the beauty and colors of India and intrigued by the traditional crafts, which are still very much alive. I like the fact that the products I present have a story and have been created by real people rather than mere machinery. My real passion is the Indian patterns of paisleys, florals, borders and repetition of motifs, and the art of block-printing was a “love at first sight” for me. My collections of block-printed home textiles are of the best quality block-printing available in India today and have been designed and produced in collaboration with the finest craftsmen. I aim to create contemporary designs by combining the Indian inspiration with modern colors and aesthetics. I hope that my products will bring color and joy to your own bungalow! Minna Hildebrandt

Mememaker
With a strong technological focus, our first and primary products are the open source Arduino hardware prototyping platform. Our mission is to carry a wide range of platforms, services and materials that can assist a rapid prototyping process. Based partly in Denmark and partly in San Francisco, we have been distributing cutting edge products to the Danish market since 2009. At the time of writing, we are also exploring rapid prototyping processes that can help your company go from idea to market in less than a month, using our Bay Area and pan-Scandinavian contacts and know-how within rapid manufacture. MemeMaker is the joint effort between Espen Sivertsen and Esben Hardenberg, who met in 2008 at Innovation Lab, an International knowledge centre for new technology, based in Aarhus, Denmark. With a passion for entrepeneurship and technology the two decided to open up a small webshop as a side project. The basis for this was the fascination with the Arduino hardware platform that was, at the time, unavailable in Denmark. At this time, MemeMaker is enjoying the advantages of being represented on both sides of the Atlantic: Espen is constantly watching new trends in the Bay Area, while Esben takes care of the day to day maintenance of the shop as well as the contact to Danish customers.

Planet Nusa has never just been about products. From the start, it’s been about building something you can belong to. Because when you feel welcome, showing up (for yourself and for others) comes more naturally. Before launching Planet Nusa in 2019, Mille and Kristine had already spent nearly a decade as friends, having met while working together. United by a shared love of movement and thoughtful design, they kept coming up against the same issue: activewear that looked the part, but didn’t actually make them move. So, they decided to make it themselves. Not just to fill a gap in their own wardrobes, but to create a reason to move, and a reason to move together. What started with a few pieces for themselves and their friends quickly grew into something more: a community rooted in staying active, lifting each other up, and having fun along the way.

Tom Rossau
Company TOM ROSSAU is a producer of beautiful lamps, designed by Tom Rossau himself and handmade in our workshop in the centre of Copenhagen. Tom Rossau began to design and produce lamps made of natural wood in 2004, and to sell them in the beginning in his own shop. In 2006 he exhibited for the first time at the Copenhagen Furniture Fair, where he won the “Audience Favorite Award” for model TR7 (http://tomrossau.dk/products/pendant-lights/tr7_pendant_birch_natural.html). Since then, the company has grown year after year, also thanks to our participation in the international exhibitions. Our products are sold in many countries around the world via high end retailers, as well as specified by architects in many residential and hospitality projects. Presently, EBB & FLOW is owned and operated by Susanne Nielsen and Thomas Dusinius Kronevald. Situated in the scenic countryside near Susanne's childhood home, just south of Aalborg, Denmark's fourth-largest city, our office boasts an optimised and flexible supply chain, enabling us to meet tight deadlines and accommodate last-minute changes. Rigorous quality control measures are implemented at our warehouse. We design lighting that adds character and personality to any space. Design that lasts for years. People, Place & Design. In that order. We co-operate with international interior designers, architectural designers, procurement- and sourcing specialists on decorative lamp projects as well as custom lighting. We understand and deliver on deadlines, requests and the small modifications necessary to make the project bloom. We embrace true craftsmanship. From mouth-blown glass, hand-cut crystal to our handmade fabric lampshades. At our warehouse, all of our lighting products are carefully assembled and quality controlled before shipment. With the entire collection produced in Europe we often have a lead-time of less than 6-8 weeks. For smaller projects, we can deliver immediately.

Established in 2006, Eleanor Home is a young and creative Danish company. We design and produce high quality indoor and outdoor lighting in Denmark We have a contemporary design approach that secures intimacy and synergy with the surroundings. We develop new evergreens with an industrial touch in dialogue with classic sustainable designs. The results are straightforward, long-lasting and pure products with high functionality, a clear statement and a decorative impact. We are committed to using only the best suppliers and manufacturers available. We strongly believe in traditional handcraft and skilled craftsmen, and machine mass production does not fit our philosophy. This is an ongoing search we have committed ourselves to as we only want to deliver the best lighting possible. Today we are proud that 95% of all parts used in our lamps are produced in Denmark. And we source within the EU when we cannot find what we need on the Danish market. The high bar we have set in terms of our business philosophy reflects the high quality that we stand for. We have shipped tens of thousands of lamps since the company’s inception and only a handful have returned due to malfunction or transportation issues. Our design philosophy seems and feels right. Due to our close relationship to concept makers, architects, interior decorators, franchise owners and shop owners, we have helped open more than 300 outlets over the last couple of years, and we can honestly say: we have never missed a deadline! We also develop site-specific design solutions and concepts for our customers. We offer a high level of flexibility and customization as we have control of all the aspects of the supply chain. Our design and administrative staff sits in our office in Charlottenlund in the outskirts of Copenhagen, while our products are carefully assembled at our manufacturing site by our trained and trusted staff in Jutland.

The company was founded in 1995 by Pernille Stoltz. Pernille has a close and long lasting cooperation with the suppliers producing the Madam Stoltz designs. Thus every Madam Stoltz collection represents consciously handmade designs inspired by nature, local traditions and craftsmanship from India, China, Morocco and Vietnam. Madam Stoltz products are sold in shops all over the world. The company has its headquarter in Nexø on the Danish island Bornholm and employs a staff of 30 dedicated people. In 2022 Madam Stoltz celebrated 25 years of experience with interior design and passion for artisans.

MAIK - enabling mobility MAIK (pronounced MAKE) is a bicycle accessories brand name. We want to see the future of cities where the streets are car free (read pollution free) and where everybody are friends etc. etc! It turns out there still is a long way to go, however - we wish to put in our contribution to this vision by empowering the bicycle community in Copenhagen as well as the rest of the world. Our vision is to create scenarios, where the architecture student easily carries her materials and laptop, dry and safe to the studio on the bike. The busy, young professional dad picks his two kids on the way home and are able to transport them, their too-warm spring jackets along with the organic groceries. Two girls chuck a couple of towels, a blanket, super tasty strawberries and a bottle of cavain the bike crate and ride off to swim and enjoy some fun in the sun. We provide bicycle accessories that has been constructed using our inherited Copenhagen common sense enabling mobility one bike crate at the time. We design in Copenhagen, hand built some of our bike crates here while others are produced globally. Mos er en spændende måde at få naturen indenfor på kontoret, cafeen, salonen, i klinikken etc. Hos MosDecor laver vi både mosvægge, mosbilleder, firmalogoer i mos, samt akustikløsninger baseret på mos, hvilket giver vores kunder mulighed for at skabe et grønt islæt, som værdsættes af medarbejdere og kunder. Vi arbejder med en række forskellige mostyper, der giver mulighed for at lave helt unikke løsninger, men fælles for alle løsninger er at de ikke kræver nogen vedligeholdelse. Vores er nemlig præserveret således at det ikke behøver vanding eller særlige lysforhold og derfor også kan bruge i rum, hvor almindelige planter vil have svært ved at klare sig. Da vores løsninger heller ikke kræver vedligeholdelse er der ingen løbende omkostninger til at holde dem, ligesom de heller ikke risikere at visne. Så en grøn indretningsløsning med mos er ikke kun smuk, men også smart.
