We want them to look and feel nice in you home, year after year. Our journey started in a flower shop in the small town of Vara. The idea was born of designing a pot that was as beautiful with, as without, flowers. Since then, with hard work and a large dose of creativity and joy, we have grown to become one of Scandinavia's leading brands in pots and decor. In the DBKD family, everyone is equally important, dedicated and aiming both high and far to achieve our goals. Actually, it's not that complicated - we do what we love and what we believe in. Maybe it’s that simple. Today, we reach design enthusiasts and interior designers far beyond our neighborhood. But we are extremely proud of our origins. Therefore, we like to stay in the same place where we once started, in the middle of rolling fields and expanses. Here, we are exposed by trends and influences from all over the world, while we also have the best inspiration right outside the window. All patterns are hand-drafted by our design team in-house, and we put huge effort into every detail of the creation process. At Emmy Design we’re ever so passionate about vintage fashion and are constantly inspired by looks of the early 20th century. Most of our designs are influenced by styles ranging from Edwardian times to the rockin’ 1950’s. Some are even replicas of true vintage pieces! We also appreciate the creativity of today’s vintage fashion community and find inspiration among our customers’ personal style. By creating garments in timeless styles and of high quality we aim to give them a long life, free from short-lived fashion trends - thereby contributing to a slower fashion industry. To avoid wasteful mass production and fabric waste, all our garments are made in exclusive small-scale collections.

Formec konstruerar och tillverkar formverktyg med hög kvalitet. Vi finns gärna med i ett tidigt skede av utvecklingsprocessen för att, med vår erfarenhet, kunna bidra till en optimal utformning. I våra formverktyg skapas allt från kontorsstolsdynor till traktorhuvar, förarplatser i tåg och kolfibertak på bilar. Vi utför även kvalificerad legobearbetning, som till exempel när det krävs 5-axlig bearbetning av stora arbetsstycken. Hantverk har blivit högteknologi i vår bransch. Vi kan kombinera ett gediget hantverkskunnande med ny teknik. Vår maskinpark är anpassad för hålbearbetning och fräsning / höghastighetsfräsning av stora komplicerade arbetsstycken med hög precision– helt enligt kundens önskemål. Vi bearbetar framförallt aluminium, men även gjutjärn samt såväl härdat som ohärdat stål.

Gustaf Lekholm
For the past decade Gustaf Lekholm has enjoyed working as a freelance designer developing products from a wide range of disciplines, including furniture and household objects to tools and medical equipment. Gustaf’s core focus has always been the aesthetics of products, thriving to create designs that attracts the interest from its observers regardless of its purpose or functionality. In addition Gustaf has also developed a strong sense of problem solving, including how products function to how they are manufactured. Gustaf’s interest in materials and production methods enable more cost effective designs, and Gustaf tries to see specific manufacturing limitations as an opportunity rather than making compromises at the end. As a tool for visualising concepts Gustaf primarily relies on CAD software in combination with rapid prototyping. Gustaf earned a Master Degree in Fine Arts from Konstfack, a University College of Arts Crafts and Design. Prior to his college studies Gustaf has also studied two and a half years at various art schools. Gustaf’s projects have been recognised with numerous awards and nominations.

Inspired by the beauty and wonder of nature's shapes Lotta grew up around nature, in Sweden's south, a province whose flowers, wild landscapes and raging sea have always been an deep source of inspiration for her. This appreciation for nature continued when Lotta's young wings took flight and she began to explore the globe. Her unique journey started 1996 when she lived in Tokyo. Leaving her city base, she took every opportunity to explore Japan's pristine wilderness beyond. Her she learned more about ginkgo, one of the world’s oldest and strongest trees, also named the Silver Apricot Tree The beautiful ginkgo leaf has a special place in the collections as it means – the solitary survivor. For many years Lotta established herself in Paris where she found the atmosphere magical and she captured the essence and mystique in her designs. The collections were presented in a beautiful showroom of Le Marais, the historic quarter in the 3rd and 4th arrondissements. Lotta Jewellery is based in south of Sweden and the flagship store is located in the Malmö City centre. The collection is entirely made in 925 sterling silver with delicate details in gold. Sparkling sapphires and precious stones makes the collections divine. The autumn collection is made in nuances of dark grey bronze with matt gold details. Lotta Jewellery has presented the collections in cosmopolitan centres and the international fashion fairs of New York, Tokyo, Las Vegas, Milano, Paris, London, Helsinki, Berlin, Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Moscow. Lotta Jewellery always has its own expression by following its own path and attracts an international audience. In the ever changing beauty of nature the inspiration grows and creates magic. Oddbirds är inredning, men färger, former och funktioner korsbefruktas så kan resultatet kan lika gärna bli en lampa, som ett anteckningsblock, ett skåp, smycke eller kudde.
