iKnow är digital microlearning för chefer via webb och mobilapp (iKnow Mobile). Våra utbildningar lär ut chefskap, ledarskap och personlig utveckling. Moderna organisationer har en bred utbildningsmix med olika utbildningsformer där varje form, idealiskt sett, fyller en viktig roll. Men isolerat så är microlearning den metod som är mest effektiv pedagogiskt, logistiskt och kostnadsmässigt jämfört med någon annan metod för utbildning av chefer. Anledningen är att microlearning är bättre anpassad för våra kognitiva begräsningar att ta in ny kunskap samtidigt som det är mycket lättare att få utbildning i microlearningformat att faktiskt bli gjord. Formatet ger också betydligt lägre kostnader per gjord utbildning jämfört med annan utbildning inklusive annan e-learning. Dessutom ger microlearningens korta och legoliknande struktur en överlägsen möjlighet att skräddarsy innehåll utifrån enskilda individers behov och förutsättningar. Och så är det naturligtvis överlägset i en mobilorienterad tillvaro. Det ger ett högre engagemang och bättre resultat. iKnow erbjuder en mycket stor mängd utbildningsavsnitt i form av korta utbildningsfilmer tillsammans med testfrågor, individuella utvecklingsmål och reflektionsuppgifter. I dagsläget finns över 400 fristående utbildningsavsnitt inom ämnen som arbetsrätt, medarbetarsamtal, systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete, lönesättning, konflikthantering och rekrytering. Kundorganisationer kan skräddarsy utbildningsinnehållet efter eget behov. It’s a home for quality learning games for children, so educational tools are accessible and relevant to them no matter their circumstances. HOW WE GOT HERE There’s so much great digital educational content out there for learning essential skills like reading and mathematics. What we saw was low uptake of digital learning resources in countries where school completion is limited, which depends often on varying practical, cultural and economic factors. So we started asking a question: how might we give all children a better chance to beat the odds, whomever and wherever they are? We believe that no child should drop out of school because they lack fundamental literacy and numeracy skills. And so Checheza was born – to ensure that all children get the chance to develop the skills that give them opportunities in life. This means our vision is to support accessible education systems – traditional and digital, local and remote platforms for learning, that complement each other to provide access and quality across different locations and environments. WHERE WE'RE HEADED To make great learning games accessible and relevant, Checheza works towards being scalable across countries and cultures. Jag heter Wilhelmina Rudin, är författare, väktare och livsstilsfilosof. Under många år har jag haft pennan som vapen. Jag har skrivit en hel del inom personlig utveckling, HBTQ och stresshantering. Och är även igång med arbetsmiljö och psykosocial ohälsa. Jag är aktuell med självbiografin ”Veni Vidi Vici”, en bokserie på 2 böcker i dagsläget, där jag går på djupet med min bakgrund och tar upp det mesta jag kommer på med tankar och känslor i min historia. Dessa böcker går att både beställa genom mig personligen, via den här sidan, samt via Amazons olika sidor. Då tyskland verkar ha rätt kort leveranstid, så har jag börjat beställa hem böckerna från dem. Jag är författaren och äger alla rättigheter kring det jag har skrivit. Flera bokprojekt är på gång, varav 2 pågående. En fortsättning på min självbiografi, där jag tar upp framtiden och en bok inom stressfilosofi. Jag har jobbat inom branscherna restaurang, butik, utbildning och bevakning, och har en blandad yrkeskarriär sedan 1993. Samt med en del ströjobb för att fånga upp mina timmar. För tillfället studerar jag till att bli larmtekniker. Studerar numera till larmtekniker. Jag ser en framtid som författare, föreläsare och instruktör inom HBTQ, Mindfulness och personlig utveckling, främst inriktad på stresshantering och förebyggande./Mina Rudin mina@rudin.biz

Our specialty is making cartoons explaining the essence of research articles to kids, with a focus on storytelling and making it fun. Additionally, we publish a written summary that has more details and explanations and is written in a language that non-scholarly educated people can understand. We also pay scientists what is fair, and offer 55% of the commercial revenue to the scientists when they submit a layman summary of their article. Assistive technology includes extended time, spell-check, text-to-speech, speech-to-text and dyslexia fonts etc. From infrastructure and administration to design and user experience, Trelson is built to be integrated with your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment. The teacher can easily add digital resources to the assignment. For example you can add any resource from Google Drive/SharePoint like a PDF, text, sound, images and video clips.You can also add videos from i.e Youtube. Trelson will automatically make sure that the student access settings are correct when you share a resource the students need during the test.
