The students of today must be able to not only passively consume this technology, but also to understand and control it, becoming an active part of this huge digital shift. The need for effective STEM education has never been greater. STEM, or applying the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics practices to solve real-world problems, has expanded from an industry-driven idea to the foundation of teaching and learning in schools across the world. Sadly, Grenada has not yet bought into the STEM education phenomenon, as such; the Center for Enhancing Educational Performance (CEEP) was established to address this problem.
