Greater Good International
Greater Good Haiti was born from a simple belief: every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and dream. Rooted in Haitian communities and shaped by local voices, our work is about more than classrooms — it’s about building futures full of dignity, opportunity, and hope. From our first literacy and nutrition programmes in 2011, to our continued support for secondary students, we remain guided by the same mission: empowering Haiti’s future through education. Together, we can create lasting change. Join us in opening doors for the next generation. To resolve such pressing issues as unemployment, poverty, and gender inequality that illiteracy creates in Haiti, GGI founded its literacy program called Lekol Pi Gwo Byen for children between the ages of 9-12 who would otherwise not have any educational opportunities. Since September 2011, GGI has graduated 74 students who have passed the mandatory National Matriculation Sixth Grade Exam—a requirement to enter secondary education. The GGI program is specialized for children who have never attended school. The curriculum aligns with the Haitian National School standards and includes best practices of California State Standards. GGI holds the property title for the land where the school currently resides. We have plans to build proper classrooms to increase our enrollment from the current 36 students to 72 students. As more students graduate from our literacy program, we will need to provide more ongoing support at the secondary level. Once we are able to achieve this, we envision replicating the program in other towns and villages in Haiti.

Emo-Haiti
When we think of Haiti, we think of a place filled with untapped potential. The largest resource being its young people. Given the right opportunities, support, and proper guidance, Haitian students can become the next game changers and innovators. With this idea in mind, EMO-Haiti was founded by Dr. Mardochee Reveil in 2017 to provide access to technology and enable quality education in Haitian schools. Our volunteers and donors, from both Haiti and abroad commit their time, personal resources and skills to work towards a stronger and more equitable education system in Haiti. It is our deepest desire to help prepare Haiti's next generation for a technology-driven future.

Happy Haitian Productions
Happy Haitian Productions Institute (HHP Institute) is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching Haitian students English, for a very minimal fee. Fluency in English will help the young people of our community achieve their dreams through increased career and educational opportunities. Since 2013, we have been volunteering our time and effort to provide free English education to the less fortunate than we are. We understand that English-speaking youth have a wealth of educational and job opportunities in Haiti and abroad. Through our HHP grassroots organization, our students can find employment as English teachers, translators, interpreters and opportunities to study abroad. After the completion of the program, the graduates will be eligible to join the HHP team and continue our work. To begin the program, students are placed at the appropriate levels based on their knowledge of the English language. Their language skills are assessed by HHP Institute staff through standardized English testing. A full program of courses includes formal instruction using the Oxford Press Step Forward textbook series covering reading, writing, grammar, and listening/speaking, as well as conversational time via Zoom with native English-Speaking teachers using the effective Total Proficiency through Comprehensible inputs method. Students are tested for proficiency at the end of each academic class at each level. With our very limited financial resources, we are working to assure our students receive the best education possible because their success is our priority.
