Smart Kids
BUILDING A SMARTER FUTURE Smart Kids offers the #1 SUMMER TECH CAMP in 5 locations throughout Trinidad & Tobago. We focus on STEM/STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, The Arts & Mathematics) activities that build future-relevant skills so our kids can take advantage of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Smart Kids has been able to position itself as a leader in STEM Education because our ultimate goal is not to simply deliver one-time, feel-good workshops that get kids excited about STEM. Instead our ultimate goal is to ensure that STEM is embedded into the daily curriculum of our T&T Schools. We have developed STEM Club, a 7-year modular programme in which students can develop proficiency in key areas of future-relevant skills such as Storytelling, Coding, Robotics and App Development. To date over 40% of all the students we reach have taken two or more courses. Our aim is to ensure that every one of our youths in T&T have access to future-centred education through STEM and Technology Education. Thanks to STEM Club we have been able to specialize in the development and delivery of STEM Lesson Plans, Student Workbooks, Teacher Training, Workshops and Tech Camps. Since January 2016 we have introduced over children to STEM through our Saturday and After School STEM Club, Summer Tech Camps and partnerships with Chuck E. Cheese, Methanex and bmobile.

Presentation College San Fernando is a selective, government-assisted Roman Catholic Boys’ Secondary School located in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago. It claims to be the first Catholic secondary school in South Trinidad, having been established circa 1930 in the basement of San Fernando Presbytery. It relocated to the Colony Buildings at La Pique in 1931. Originally, the College was named Saint Benedict's College. Survival Scholars
Survival Scholars is a support system that empowers and equips students with the tools and techniques needed to cope with challenges they encounter in the education system and life so they can be resilient and rise above these trials to be triumphant. We host interactive workshops where we create safe spaces for students on coping strategies, building their resilience, creative self-expression, social and emotional learning and skills to be an effective student. Our programs include the Survival Scholars Support System, Survival Scholars Society, Monthly Momentum Motivation also we provide one-on-one programs such as the Personalised Pacing Program, School and Study Strategy. Our founder and Managing Director, Dawsher Charles developed the concept in 2017 and officially launched in Jully 2019. Dawsher is an Educational Economist who believes that focus must be placed on balancing Mental Health and Wellness with students' Academic Achievement in order to reduce the self-injury and suicide ideation amongst our youths nowadays. She has over 5 years of interacting with students one-on-one and on a group basis through giving lessons to students, helping students with their SBA's and IA's, giving advice on challenges they face with balancing school with other aspects of their lives and being a pillar of inspiration showing that they can excel in their school journey despite many struggles they face. Dawsher hopes to evolutionize the education system through innovation and technology through the work she is doing with Survival Scholars and other partners she has connected with in the region such as SmartTerm Limited.
