With the increasing levels of poverty in our community and the school drop outs rates due to financial constraints SES was founded to support the under privileged child, youth and community with a main focus on the children and youth. The founders of SES are mainly concerned about the many Children and youth who were classified as being “not in education, employment or training “and have passed through the educational system but with no special skill to tackle life and earn a living. We are to offer career guidance and counseling to the children and youth in our areas of operations. This constitution set forth is to guide, Protect and direct all activities that shall be governed in this Organization (SES). Location: The Registered Head office of the Organization is to be located in any of the districts of Busoga, Uganda-East Africa Vision: We envisialise a self-Sustainable, skillful, Poverty free, Healthy, Morally Upright and spiritual community. Mission: To promote Educational of orphans and other vulnerable children like those who lost their parents as a result of cancer/ HIV/AIDS which are the sources of suffrage of orphans and support them through formal and vocational educational trainings for sustainability.
