Instructional Coaching Partnership
Mission: To provide a collaborative partnership between the educator and instructional coach that personalizes your professional growth. Vision: To ensure educators have access to a high-quality instructional coaching partnership. Our Why: No matter the education setting 1) No one can care more for the students in your classroom than YOU! 2) You are the difference maker for your students academic achievement! 3) Your professional growth is paramount in achieving the first two! ICP believes equitable and high-achieving classrooms are best facilitated by educators who are growing professionally. Ideally, a large percentage of this professional growth occurs on campus and is accomplished through the partnership between the educator, their campus instructional leader, and the instructional coach. The reality is that not all educators have access to this partnership. Placing an unfair expectation on you, the educator, to seek growth opportunities from various outlets. This is where ICP wants to partner with you to support your professional growth because IC cycles are most effective through a partnership approach. Your voice is the guide the IC cycle. By leveraging your voice, attentively listening to the areas where you want to grown professionally, and providing support to grow in those areas, you’ll see students grow. What this will look like: 1) Initial Consultation: Leveraging the power of technology, we'll meet through a virtual setting to have an initial consultation, discuss whether a coaching cycle is the right move at this time. 2)Coaching Cycle: ICP's coaching cycles are guided by what ICP believes are the better practices in instructional coaching models, strength-based coaching, and individualization. 3) Reflection: During this phase, we'll evaluate your progress and professional growth, to determine the next steps. Let us engage further on how ICP can partner with you! Love and Respect, Aaron (ICP Founder)
