GNPower Dinginin Ltd. Co.(GNPower Dinginin) is a 1,336 MW coal-fired power plant in Mariveles, Bataan. Similar to its sister plant GNPower Mariveles Coal Plant Ltd. Co, GNPower-Dinginin operates under the private limited partnership of AboitizPower’s Therma Power, Inc. and AC Energy Holdings, Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Corporation and Power Partners Ltd. Co. GNPower-Dinginin began construction of its first unit in September 2016 and is set for completion in 2021. It is considered by far the biggest coal-fired power plant to be built in the country, spanning 30 distribution utility contracts and two retail electricity suppliers.

The project spans 3,500 hectares across Nueva Ecija and Bulacan and features 3,500 MWp of solar capacity and a 4,500 MWhr battery energy storage system. The MTerra Solar Project has been recognized by the Department of Energy as an Energy Project of National Significance. It also secured a Green Lane Certificate from the Board of Investments, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development goals.
