Norsaf
NorSAF is the first and leading developer of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and Synthetic SAF (eSAF) in the Baltics, with production operations set to launch in 2030. Backed by Avia Solutions Group, a global aviation services provider, NorSAF is committed to advancing EU-wide sustainability goals in aviation. Headquartered at the Port of Liepaja in Latvia, NorSAF is developing a pioneering SAF project powered by KBR’s licensed PureSAF AtJ-SKA technology. The process combines green hydrogen, bioethanol, and captured biogenic CO₂ to produce SAF and eSAF. Our existing NorSAF terminal is built for high-efficiency, multi-modal transshipment and storage. It supports a broad range of liquid bulk products with advanced infrastructure and operational flexibility, positioning NorSAF as a key logistics and fuel innovation hub in Northern Europe.
