Oar Agri Tech Private Limited
Plants in the room/workspace can play a significant role in maintaining good air quality. And the plants will produce a positive energy which can influence people positively. We believe that by creating beautiful and healthy surroundings can improve everybody's life significantly. A positive workplace can create a healthy, happy and fulfilled group of people and their family. But the hurdle here is to grow plants comfortably and usefully. And another main issue is scale it to different locations, it is very difficult to repeat the success to another location as it is purely subjective to the caretaker, the climate conditions and the plants selection. We create beautiful spaces by adding plants and a vertical kitchen garden. In order to make it a sustainable and long running business model, we are renting plants and renting a vertical kitchen garden.

Senai Iitm
SENAI research team consists of five verticals : 1. Data Science: The data science line of research in the group attempts to bridge the gap between machine learning algorithms and their application to physical systems. At the same time, to improve the machine learning algorithms using insights from physical systems. Systems Biology: Biology is one field that is making incredible progress due to the availability of big data. Omics data at different information scales is revolutionizing this field. In our group, we explore the use of data science algorithms for understanding biological systems. Kaatru: Kaatru (/kAHtrə/) in Tamil stands for ‘air’. Kaatru aims to address the pressing issue of air pollution. The project leverages IoT and data science to deliver on the said goals. We use low cost, locomotive ground sensors to collect data at high spatio-temporal resolution. Energy Systems Engineering: Human development depends on energy. With increasing world population and developmental ambitions of all parts of the world, sustainable generation of energy becomes a critical need. Our research in this area is focused on improving the efficiency of energy conversion devices. Fluid System Engineering: Fluids research is as relevant now as it has been for several decades past. Advancements in micro-fabrication techniques have triggered interest in studying fluid flows in small length scales. Our fluids research is focused on droplet microfluidics and applications of fluidic systems in particle synthesis. The droplet microfluidic studies we do, aim at developing functional devices that integrate various processes on a lab-on-a-chip device. For this, we develop algorithms to design microfluidic networks and work towards the experimental realization of these designs.
