Recyclo aims to be a catalyst and accelerator of the circular economy. It wants to contribute to a better metabolism and a better valorization of waste, whatever its nature, within the urban territory. RECYCLO strives to emulate and operate, in a collaborative manner, entrepreneurial solutions, viable and impactful, resulting in an urban metabolism that is resource efficient. To do this, Recyclo identifies problems, offers solutions and helps to implement them. Recyclo always acts in partnership with public authorities, private actors and / or citizen platforms in order to respond to economic issues and challenges. The main objectives of Recyclo are- Contribute to an awareness of the problem of urban waste- Promote waste reduction and support the ‘Zero waste’ approach- Allow better collection and better recovery of urban waste- Collaborate with all waste recoverers by sharing logistical capacities- Contribute to the emergence of an economic activity to develop waste streams.

RESSOURCES est la Fédération des entreprises d’économie sociale actives dans la réduction des déchets par la récupération, la réutilisation, la valorisation et le recyclage des ressources selon une dynamique d’économie circulaire. Elle représente et défend ses membres auprès des différents acteurs de la vie socio-économique en Wallonie et en Région Bruxelles Capitale. Elle agit pour assurer la promotion, la professionnalisation et le développement du secteur. Elle encourage les collaborations et mobilise ses membres autour de projets créateurs de plus-values sociales, environnementales et économiques. RESSOURCES se compose d'une septantaine de membres actifs tant dans les filières classiques (textile, encombrants, équipements électriques et électroniques) qu’émergentes (bois, vélos, déchets de construction, déchets verts, services industriels ou encore cartouches d’imprimantes).

Division Of Soil And Water Management - Kuleuven
Research topics within the Division of Soil and Water Management cover physical, chemical and biological processes in the environment. In terms of element cycling, this includes measuring and modeling transport processes of water and solutes (nutrients - contaminants) in soils and plants, risk analysis studies and speciation of metals and phosphorus species in soil and water, and understanding the driving factors explaining element and greenhouse gas fluxes across a wide range of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. Within agricultural systems, we explore expert systems for efficient crop water use, and study long-term trends in tropical soil fertility and soil chemistry. Land surface processes are investigated at various scales, i.e. via detailed process studies and larger scale models, remote sensing and data assimilation with a focus on soil-water-vegetation-snow and atmosphere interactions. Within the field of environmental microbiology, our group is actively studying the ecology of microbial communities degrading anthropogenic pollutants, how microbial communities adapt to anthropogenic changes, and how microbial processes can contribute to a circular bio-economy.

Incovo-Interza
Incovo is de afvalintercommunale van Londerzeel, Machelen, Meise, Vilvoorde en Zemst. Interza is de afvalintercommunale van Kampenhout, Kraainem, Steenokkerzeel, Wezembeek-Oppem en Zaventem. Wij halen je afval op en baten de recyclageparken uit. Samen met de gemeenten en inwoners zorgen wij voor een propere gemeente en streven we naar minder afval. Incovo en Interza zijn 2 aparte afvalintercommunales, maar we werken heel veel samen. Daarom hebben we de handen in elkaar geslagen en hebben we ook een gemeenschappelijke website gemaakt.

Klimaatzaak - Affaire Climat
The lawsuit in which everyone wins. Belgium is not keeping its international climate promises, and the non-profit Climate Case is aiming to change that via the courts. To enforce an ambitious climate policy, we’re bringing a lawsuit against the four Belgian governments with climate competences. You can no longer join the lawsuit as a co-claimant, but you can still support us morally and financially: This lawsuit is necessary because temperature records continue to be broken, because flooding is becoming more frequent… but above all because there is no real Belgian climate policy. We’ve seen in the Netherlands that this can be enforced via legal action: the Dutch climate organisation Urgenda won a similar case that has led to an ambitious climate law.

Kringwinkel Hageland has 7 hip second hand shops in region Hageland and an online shop It's part of a network of secondhand shops troughout whole Flanders. This non-profit organisation collects almost tons of re-useable materials in one year. These materials are given a second life when they're sold in the Kringwinkel shops. De Kringwinkel reduces waste and enhances social economy. Over 80% of the people working in the organisation are longtime unemployed or have a limited education level. De Kringwinkel invests stringly in their image and communications and evolved from a "dusty" unpopular image to a hip and young and original image. De Kringwinkel proves that non-profit can be very cool. Since 2016 there's also a new online shop where you can find simular products than in the 4 shops of De Kringwinkel Hageland: There's also (a second hand auction site). Since 2019 their is our boutiqur shop in Tienen. It's called ABOUT QUEENS and their dresses. De Kringwinkel Landen is also a circular experience center. It opened the doors in september 2021. You can find our youngest Kringwinkel / circular economy experience center at Domein 't Park Hannuitsesteenweg 80 Landen (entrance, GPS: Koningin Astridlaan). Welcome!

Tersana
Saneren is een complexe materie: een beschrijvend bodemonderzoek, een bodemsaneringsplan, saneringswerken en de evaluatie daarvan vereisen bepaalde technische kennis. Bedrijven uit de sector zijn daar meestal niet in thuis. Tersana is er dus om haar klanten organisatorisch te ondersteunen, door o.a. samenwerkingscontracten af te sluiten met erkende bodemsaneringsdeskundigen en bodemsaneerders, en hun dossiers verder op te volgen. Naast het organisatorisch luik, biedt Tersana ook een financiële tegemoetkoming naar de bedrijven toe. Met subsidies van de Vlaamse overheid worden de kosten gedrukt: de overheid neemt namelijk 40 % van de werking van het fonds voor haar rekening.

Veb - Vereniging Erkend Bodemsaneringsdeskundigen
VEB vertegenwoordigt de erkende bodemsaneringsdeskundigen. VEB biedt zijn leden een kwaliteitshandboek aan en biedt hiermee net dat tikkeltje meer kwaliteit dat u van uw bodemdeskundige verwacht. Daarnaast organiseert VEB door de overheid erkende opleidingen van hoge kwaliteit voor bodemsaneringsdeskundigen. Via de website worden de laatste "bodemnieuwtjes" verspreid. Op regelmatige tijdstippen worden de leden op de hoogte gehouden via de ledenberichten op maat van de bodemdeskundige. VEB organiseert jaarlijks ook basis en gevorderde opleiding rond bodemsanering. De leden hebben een permanent secretariaat ter beschikking.
