Landelijk Vlaanderen

Landelijk Vlaanderen, als vereniging van de land, bos- en natuureigenaars in Vlaanderen, behandelt de materies van het Vlaamse plattelandsbeleid die dezen aanbelangen. Zij zetelt in talrijke overlegfora en kan zodus de verschillende aspecten van het beleid als geheel bestuderen en evalueren. Landelijk Vlaanderen is een belangenvereniging bewust van het feit dat een actieve maar waakzame medewerking met de overheid deze moeilijkheden kan overwinnen. Zij probeert de landbeheerders te informeren, te leiden en te begeleiden maar stelt vast dat haar actie ondoeltreffend is; want al te vaak moet het ‘abc’ van de materie en de context uitgelegd soms worden alvorens de te behandelen kwestie aan te kaarten. Het actieterrein van het landbeheer is wijd, multi-sectorieel en eist een ‘horizontale’ visie op alle betrokken beleidsdomeinen. Het gaat erom ‘specialist in alles’ te zijn door verschillende materies te beheersen, die trouwens onder verschillende ‘ministeriële’ bevoegdheden en overheden vallen (die zelf gecompartimenteerd zijn). Het vervolg van deze handleiding zal de omvang hiervan aantonen.

Le Région Wallonne nécessiterait 40TWh de chaleur bas carbone d'ici 2030. Un seul terawatt par heure (TWh th) de chaleur bas carbone, à base de biomasse, par exemple, nécessite - 200 à de biocombustibles par an - ET les 3400 chaudières d'une puissance unitaire de 180kW fonctionnant 1600h minimum par an (soit la saison de chauffe). L’objectif visé par ce projet et son équipe est de mettre en œuvre et d’assurer dans la perspective d'un horizon #1 (2025-2029) un objectif de fournir un premier TWh th de chaleur bas carbone (énergie thermique) par la seule fourniture de chaleur calculée, facturée à un prix équivalent plutôt inférieur à l’énergie fossile disponible de type mazout, gaz, propane. Ce prix par MWh comprend les chaudières, l'entretien, la maintenance,la fourniture de biocombustibles. Pour les potentiels utilisateurs du secteur tertiaire, industriel, cette transition énergétique ne nécessite ni investissement, ni audit préalable, ni recours à des subsides: un service "plug & heat" assurant la transition énergétique par le recours à une énergie renouvelable et local et bas carbone de surcroît.

How long do you think you can still hold your breath? Or. think doom: how long do you think we can continue this? A panel of 50+! scientists from 14+ different fields, 20+ countries are VERY clear: we ARE late, maybe too late. Definitely too late if we move twice the speed we have done before!(Read the climate report for yourselves.) Unanimous solution: 1. Cut carbon emissions AND 2. Extreme carbon capture (most efficiënt are TREES, go figure) Now, don’t solve this the old way, we won’t make it! I hear you thinking on 1-(in the nineties) DIESEL, more efficiënt, less CO2. True, but our lungs will be really happy with all the fine dust. Something politicians knew when making the decisions!(Nordic countries never stimulated this move.)-(in the seventies and now again) NUCLEAR = NO CO2. True, but our health will love this as well. Not convinced, but still holding your breath? Great, we’ll install a plant and it’s waste in YOUR backyard. Think bigger! Existing industries are making tons of money on existing tech. Remember asbestos, Roundup, petrol/gas, nuclear? California and other countries show it is POSSIBLE to have 0 or even subzero impact and it CREATES jobs in a new economy.(One day, we were all farmers.) Wind, wave, solar, tidal, geo, saving. power tech is available. The tech mind would also like to create a wonderfull machine to carbon capture. I’ve seen clips, but remain hesistant to believe in a perpetuum mobile. So far, the proof is out there: TREES don’t only supoptimize on the CO2 issue, but create an entire climate. Lets green the deserts! Sahara, Mojave.
