It was founded in by a group of experienced professionals who work on sustainability issues in partnerships with various stakeholders - local government, businesses, educational and scientific institutions, community organisations. The main focus of Ecoproject's work is on the development and implementation of environment-related and sustainable networking projects in an international context. Bahna

Bahna» is carrying out activities to preserve the natural resources of Belarus, we act against mismanagement and exploitation of nature, with a view of conservation of wetlands in protected areas of Belarus, conservation of rare species of flora and fauna, as well as valuable landscapes, working both on the public contacts and grassroots level and on the governmental level and state-concerned organizations that are directly involved in environmental conservation activity as well as activity, related to development and usage of natural resources. We want to increase ecological consciousness and responsibility in Belarusian society. From 2012 we are getting in touch with many different people, including both activists struggling for their right for a healthy environment and scientists who spent their lives exploring this environment and its effects on life quality. Also we cooperate with local and international environmental organizations. Our aim is to prevent future degradation of the environment and to preserve natural habitat and biodiversity of our country. In a forthcoming period our goals are to initiate creation of new specially protected natural areas and expand already existing ones, to increase their efficiency, to create and promote methodological development, to improve legislative and regulatory systems as well as to develop environmental management.

Green Network Belarus

Green Network’’ is a partnership of environmental organizations, activists, initiatives, and experts united a network for the development of the green movement in Belarus, making impact on environmental decision-making at local, national and international levels, monitor and address environmental issues by civil society. Green Network works in Belarus since 2007. Currently Green Network consists of 19 environmental NGOs and 41 individual participants. Organizations and activists work in Minsk, Grodno, Gomel, Baranovichi, Brest and other regions of Belarus. The problems that we are concerned, can not be solved by one organization or person. Only united, we can expect that our voice will be heard and opinion is taken into account. This is the main reason why we are committed to the consolidation of the Belarusian green movement. Green Network implements its mission through a partnership of environmental organizations and initiatives, educational activities, interaction with governmental, business, research, religious and public organizations, through implementation of public campaigns and participation in international processes and events.
