Under this project ‘Sorbojoya’ marginal and landless women are being given support to be an Entrepreneur. টেকসই উন্নয়নের জন্যে চাই নারীর ক্ষমতায়ন। এই মূলমন্ত্র সামনে রেখে দুই বছর আগে যাত্রা শুরু করে ছিল সর্বজয়া। লক্ষ্য ছিল প্রান্তিক পর্যায়ের নারীদেরকে স্বাবলম্বী করে তোলা, যার সুফল পাবে পুরো একটি পরিবার, গ্রাম এবং দেশ। আমরা কোন দয়া কিংবা দাক্ষিণ্য করিনি এই নারীদেরকে, আমরা তাদেরকে উদ্যোক্তা করে গড়ে তুলেছি, বানিয়েছি আমাদের ব্যাবসায়িক অংশিদার, আমরা তাদেরকে বোঝাতে সক্ষম হয়েছি "তারা কোন অংশেই তাঁর পরিবারের অন্য কোন সদস্য থেকে পিছিয়ে নেই"। একই সঙ্গে পুরো পরিবারের সদস্যদেরকে বিশ্বাস করিয়েছি পারস্পরিক শ্রদ্ধাবোধ আর একসাথে চেষ্টা যেকোন পরিবারকে করে তুলতে পারে সুখি পরিবার। মাত্র ৫ জন নারীকে নিয়ে শুরু করা সর্বজয়া এখন আটটি গ্রামের বিশাল পরিবার, শতাধিক প্রান্তিক দিনে এনে দিনে খাওয়া মানুষ হাত পাতা ভুলে অন্যদেরকেও উৎসাহিত করতে শিখেছে, পারিবারিক আয়, ছেলেমেয়েদের পড়াশোনা, সামাজিক অবস্থান প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রেই তারা অসাধ্য সাধন করেছে। এইসব সর্বজয়াদের সাথে পথ চলতে পেরে আমরা গর্বিত। এই গর্বিত পথ চলার সঙ্গী হতে পারেন আপনিও। না, আমরা কোন দান চাইবোনা আপনার কাছে, আপনার সামান্য মুলধন হয়ত এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে সহায়তা করবে এমন অসংখ্য নারীকে। পাশাপাশি আপনি নিজেও প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবেন ব্যাবসায়ী হিসেবে।

Each setter & hatcher machine are the high quality standard. We have some moto, to reduce unemployment problem in Bangladesh is the main moto of all these. To fulfill this moto Sadesh Farms Limited worked hard. About 500 employee directly worked in the company & indirectly about people are worked in different places in Bangladesh.
