Bienvenue sur l'exploitation maraîchère de la Famille Janin 4 générations se sont succédées pour une production diversifiée et entièrement labellisée Production intégrée (PI), SwissGap, Genève Région Terre et Avenir (GRTA) et Suisse Garantie. 3 ha de serre, 1 ha de tunnel, 25 ha pleine terre axés sur l'utilisation de la lutte bio et du respect des sols. Aucune culture OGM bien-sûr, comme c'est le cas pour toute la Suisse. Nos principales productions se composent des produits suivants : Production sous abris : tomates, concombres, fraises, aubergines, diverses salades et chicorées, persil et colraves. Production à l’extérieur : poireaux, céleris pommes et choux pour la confection de «barquette Pot-au-feu ».· Céréales : Blé, orge, maïs et tournesol. Toutes les cultures de céréales sont effectuées en mode de culture « Extenso ». Cela veut dire qu’aucun fongicide, insecticide ou régulateur de croissance n’est utilisé. De plus, cette technique permet de réduire les doses d’engrais. L’implantation de céréales s’inscrit dans une stratégie de rotation des cultures. Cette dernière permet de garantir une bonne fertilité du sol, d’optimiser les intrants (engrais et produits phytosanitaires) et de réduire les maladies. Nous sommes également consommateurs et producteurs d'énergie solaire photovoltaïque avec une surface 1'132 m2 d’une puissance 185 kWc qui donne environ kwh annuel de production électrique.

Green Wood Farming

GWF is a forest concession that owns nearly hectares of industrial forest with 60 years of concession and is legally certified by the Indonesian government. We are currently in the process of harvesting 11’500 hectares, which holds 1.8 million m3 of tropical hardwood that is ready to harvest. To offset our environmental impact after harvesting, GWF plans to plant Red Calliandra (Calliandra Alothyrsus). The re-planting program will help reduce the concessions susceptibility to soil erosion, and the branches will be converted into wood pellets for sustainable energy production. Additionally, GWF plans to optimise our land usage by diversifying into organic agricultural farming. To achieve this goal, GWF will plant perennial plants such as red ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass. Through diversifying, profits will be multiplied, and economic empowerment will be catalysed by providing more jobs for local populations. Our main goal is to adapt the SDG framework of “people-profit-planet” that optimises profit while yielding significant community and public benefits. GWF uses a modern forestry and plantation approach by adopting technology that enables precision forestry and guaranteed product traceability to mitigate risk. Once established, the cost of management, harvesting, and restocking of perennial plants will be funded by revenues from timber and wood pellet production. Overall, creating a long-term orientated sustainable revenue stream. Overall, investment in GWF offers investors with inflation-protected diversification into an uncorrelated asset class, supported by fundamentally strong supply and demand dynamics over the medium to long term. The asset itself has uniquely attractive features, underpinned by long-term multi-licenses, excellent logistical and transportation links, tremendous harvest potential and its strategic location (given the 2025 transfer of Jakarta’s Capital to Borneo.)

Innovation trifft auf Tradition. Monalp AG, gegründet im Jahr 2019 ist ein Schweizer Unternehmen, das mit ihren mobilen Infrastrukturen Wertschöpfung mobilisierte. Das Unternehmen ist seit Frühling 2023 inaktiv. Monalp vermietete und verkaufte mobile Infrastrukturen inkl. den dazugehörigen Geräten. Auf der Alp – wo zuvor keine Infrastruktur war - wurde in der mobilen Käserei überschüssige, hochwertige Milch verarbeitet. Das Ergebnis waren und sind geschmackvolle und von Hand hergestellte Käseprodukte. Damit entstand eine neue Wertschöpfungskette. Monalp unterstützte die Älpler:innen und Käserinnen sowie Käser, indem sie die Logistik übernahm und Käseprodukte an den Handel verkaufte sowie direkt an Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten wie den Onlineshop deinalpkaese.ch Das Team hatte mit der Idee den Nagel auf den Kopf getroffen. Die Nachfrage nach den mobilen Käsereien war überwältigend und erfreulich - auch dank der medialen Berichterstattung. Dann kam Corona. Die folgenden Lieferengpässe führten dazu, dass man die Nachfrage nicht befriedigen konnte. Zudem konnte für die Expansion kein passender Partner gefunden werden. Diese Umstände hatten zur Folge, dass die operativen Geschäftsbereiche von Monalp im Frühling 2023 für unbestimmte Zeit eingestellt wurden. Die Idee hinter Monalp verschwindet nicht ganz. Auf der Alp Meeren, hoch über dem Walensee, stellen die Sennen auch weiterhin im ersten entwickelten Container famosen Alpkäse her. Und Familie Christen aus Vazerol betreiben das Container-Geschäft inkl. Käseproduktion weiter. Das Team ist in einem schwierigen Marktumfeld angetreten, um einen Beitrag zu leisten. Einen Beitrag zu neuen Wertschöpfungsketten, zur Versorgungssicherheit, zum Erhalt des Traditionsberufes der Käserin, des Käsers, und gegen #Foodwaste (Alpmilch). Derzeit finden Gespräch mit Institutionen und Personen statt, die das Team bei der Weiterentwicklung des Konzepts unterstützen könnten, um einen Neustart zu ermöglichen.
