It aims to engage the host community to drive socio-economic development around the farm location and its ring of operations. The Cassava Processing Factory will have a production capacity of MT of cassava starch annually and will utilize 67,500 MT of cassava tubers as feedstock. LIVESTOCK FARMING The poultry farming division commenced in 2014 and sits on over square meters of land in Ibadan, Oyo State. It has total capacity of about layer birds. A distribution network for the sale of all eggs produced is spread across 4 States of the Country (Oyo, Osun, Ekiti and Lagos). We envisage future strategic partnership with other organizations with capability to build, operate and manage an enterprise with over birds producing at least crates daily. LOGISTICS AND MECHANISATION This unit is a strategic part of our Farmers Out-Growers Scheme in that it provides our Farmer Partners Mechanization and Logistics services when necessary and aids the overall objective of the business.

Joakins Farms Nigeria Limited was incorporated in July 2005 as an indigenous integrated livestock business engaged in, egg production, fishery, Cattle and piggery farming. The farm is located at 7, Okejagun Road, Ilodo, Isonyin, Ogun State. Our Lagos Egg Depot is Located at Block D, Unit 10, Small Scale Industrial Building, Fatai Atere, Matori, Mushin, Lagos. The farm commenced operation with Seven (7) employees, five thousand fishes, Five thousand Laying Birds and nineteen (19) pigs on a 30 plots of Land. From our cradle about 18 years ago, we have grown the business on over 20 acres of Land with the following capacity; a. Staff strength of Eighty-Five (85) b. Eleven (11) Laying pen houses with installed cage capacity of Fifty Thousand in total. Each pen housing bird of to and two (2) Rearing Pen houses with installed cages of total capacity. Pen A can stock Day Old Chick per batch, while Pen B can stock Day Old Chick per batch. Presently, we raise 3 batches a year which amount to (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand) annually. c. Six (6) concrete ponds at 1500 capacity each (table size fish) d. Feed Mill operation with a Crusher and two (2) mixers. e. Piggery Farm houses that can house up to pigs. f. Cattle Farm with present capacity of 30 but can house up to 100. We raise our layers from Day old and cage average of 45% internally while the remaining 55% are sold to external customers as either Point of Cage or Point of Lay.The farm produces an average of 1,300 eggs per day. Joakins Farms Nigeria Limited has combined staff strength of over 85 skilled and unskilled staff on their monthly payroll. The company also has a 10 tons livestock feed mill that cater for the feeding requirement of all the biological assets. The operating capacity of the mill is at 10 to 12 tons per day of which the farm consume up to 6 to 10 tons per day.
