Our herb program, Blue Label Herbs, is USDA Certified Organic through the Texas Department of Agriculture and includes a rich variety selection which allows our customers to meet the more detailed needs of the consumer. Where We Came From: Nortex is a family business owned by Jon and Lillian Pinkus, and operated by their son, Aaron. Where We Are Going: Located in Wylie, Texas, a suburb northeast of Dallas, on 48 acres of land, Nortex has plenty of land to expand on for continued growth. We are currently running R&D programs on 3 different types of tomatoes as well as a program we are calling a ‘produce herb’ program. It is designed for the home cook as a great way to buy fresh herbs and keep them fresh to use when needed.
