Movart
MOVART has served as an interlocutor and promoter for contemporary art in Angola since 2014. The gallery initially operated as a ‘pop-up’ concept, producing mobile exhibitions of Luanda-based artists in iconic locations across the city, and abroad. In early 2017, having conceived 16 exhibitions in this format, MOVART Gallery opened a permanent space in Luanda, and now programs exhibitions of works by African contemporary artists on a monthly basis. The gallery’s mission centers around destabilizing stereotypes by showing a side of Angolan culture that is little-known beyond the continent. Since 2019 is stablished in Lisbon City by a POP-UP concept.

Emerge Cultural Association
EN. EMERGE is a non-profit cultural association founded in 2016 in Torres Vedras, whose main objective is to promote contemporary art produced by emerging artists. This promotion is carried out through the various projects developed in partnership with public and private institutions, curators, artists, galleries, among others, addressing nowadays’s subjects of contemporary art. PT. A EMERGE é uma associação cultural sem fins lucrativos, fundada em 2016 em Torres Vedras, que tem como principal objetivo promover arte contemporânea produzida por artistas emergentes. Vhils Studio
Portuguese artist Alexandre Farto (b. 1987) has been interacting visually with the urban environment under the name of Vhils since his days as a prolific graffiti writer in the early- to His groundbreaking bas-relief carving technique – which forms the basis of the Scratching the Surface project and was first presented to the public at the VSP group exhibition in Lisbon in 2007 and at the Cans Festival in London the following year –, has been hailed as one of the most compelling approaches to art created in the streets in the last decade. This striking form of visual poetry, showcased around the world in both indoor and outdoor settings, has been described as brutal and complex, yet imbued with a simplicity that speaks to the core of human emotions. An ongoing reflection on identity, on life in contemporary urban societies and their saturated environments, it explores themes such as the struggle between the aspirations of the individual and the demands of everyday life, or the erosion of cultural uniqueness in the face of the dominant model of globalised development and the increasingly uniform reality it has been imposing around the world. It speaks of effacement but also of resistance, of destruction yet also of beauty in this overwhelming setting, exploring the connections and contrasts, similarities and differences, between global and local realities.

Esses projetos poderão surgir em forma bordados em tela, de baixos-relevo em Gesso ou em forma de Diorama. INartsXXI, is governed by sustainability, privileging, whenever possible, the reuse, recycling and use of natural materials, to give life to original and exclusive projects, based on dreams, suggestions or inspirations in literature or cinema, and in the world that surrounds us. These projects can come in the form of embroidered on canvas, bas-relief in plaster or in the form of a diorama.

Apostamos na qualidade do produto final mediante a selecção criteriosa do autor que recepciona a encomenda e executa a obra original. Este processo só possível pelo recurso a um trabalho de equipa com diversos agentes, do nosso meio artístico, que connosco colaboram para identificar os artistas com maior potencial de valorização artística e de mercado. Em simultâneo somos rigorosos e exigentes nas várias fases de preparação, criação, produção da edição e posterior controlo da qualidade da reprodução com o objectivo de que que cada edição resulte na perfeição e seja um artigo de nível artístico semelhante ao original. Atlantic Arts tem o prazer de garantir que cada reprodução é cópia fiel do trabalho original, sempre que necessário embelezado manualmente pelo pintor, e como tal autenticado com o selo branco da editora e assinatura do respectivo autor, de forma a ser, também uma opção de investimento. O nosso público alvo é constituído por instituições públicas e privadas, coleccionadores, investidores em arte e público em geral.
