We also provide assistance to architects and M&E Consultant on the design compliance of Uniform Build By-Laws (UBBL), prevailing Rules and Regulations, Standards Specifications and Code of Practice, as our staff who are providing the Bomba Authority services are possessing expertise in this aspect. We have a staff strength of 49 in our maintenance and servicing department which provides maintenance and servicing for the fire fighting systems in your building during the Defects Liability Period and we would continue should we be appointed and the technicians are on-call round the clock. The MD/CEO and Directors are very hands-on in all the projects and our mobile phones are easily accessible round the clock, in order for any calls and also to address any sites issues on any other matters related to the project. We have a wide range of equipment suppliers who have been with us for the last 31 years thus facilitating purchasing of materials easily so the projects can more smoothly as we will always have materials for the work progress. We always deploy additional site staff apart from the existing site staff to ensure all paper works, shop drawings are carried out during the progress of works if required.
