Noe Aquaculture has the knowledge and experience for project formulation both for commercial venture and for strategic governmental development. Our core business is feasibility study and technical management of aquaculture project (mainly shrimp and tilapia farming for both commercial and rural development projects). We have experience in implementing standards for quality, food safety and environmental sustainability in aquaculture like A.B. label (Agriculture Biologique from France) and ACC (Aquaculture Certification Council) or GlobalGAP standards. Noé Aquaculture Consultants is part of a large expertise network and can quickly form a multidisciplinary team. Starting an aquaculture project is a complex matter and must be done with rigor to avoid mistakes. We speak English, French and Spanish and are open to any kind of cooperation depending on our availabilities. We normally charge fees by day but the amount can vary depending on complexity of tasks and duration of the contract.
