Foreningen for Skånsomt Kystfiskeri Producentorganisation (FSK-PO) er en fiskeriforening for fiskere, der bruger med skånsomme redskaber. Det skånsomme kystfiskeri høster af havet uden at ødelægge muligheden for fremtidens kystfiskere for at gøre det samme. Vi skal passe på havets natur og fiskene i det. Uden et sundt hav – intet kystfiskeri. FSK-PO arbejder for, at kystfiskeriet atter skal udgøre en vigtig og betydelig del af dansk erhvervsfiskeri. Afviklingen af havnene skal vendes til fremgang. Så danskerne igen opdager glæden ved den friskfangede fisk af høj kvalitet, og får mulighed for at købe friske, gode fisk fanget med respekt for naturen, lokalmiljøet og den danske fiskertradition – uanset hvor i Danmark man måtte bo.

Thyborøn Havns Fiskeriforening er med sine godt 300 medlemmer den største lokale fiskeriforening i Danmark. Foreningens medlemmer består af partsfiskere og fartøjsejere inden for både konsum- og industrifiskeri. Foreningens opgave er at varetage fiskernes interesser og lokalt virke til fiskeriets fremme i Danmark. Thyborøn Havns Fiskeriforening ønsker at være en attraktiv forening, man som fisker gerne vil være medlem af. Kontoret skal være et godt sted at komme, både som fisker og andre med tilknytning til fiskeriet. Vi lægger vægt på at være en god arbejdsplads, hvor den gode stemning smitter af på vores medlemmer og gæster. Vi vil gerne være med til at give et indblik i det at være fisker.
