Who Are We: Taino Aqua Ferme (TAF) is the market leader in commercial aquaculture in Haiti. Our goal to establish a local aqua farming industry provides nutritious and delicious fish at an affordable price. In doing so, we positively impact economic development through direct employment for many, indirect employment opportunities for many more, and adding our membership to the vital cadre of local growers in Haiti. Raised in a pristine salt water lake, our fish are incredibly versatile, delicious, and boast a firm, flaky flesh. Since TAF fish are raised in large floating sea nets, our fish do not eat algae, mud, or waste at the bottom of shallow ponds. We believe that the very best fish are served fresh and we work hard to ensure the freshness of our Tilapia, from our farm to your table. Our Tilapia is hand-cut, trimmed, uniform in size and packed ready to prepare. Our Approach: Responsibly Raised. No Chemicals, Growth Hormones, Mercury Or Other Contaminants.
