Ervaring met de mosselteelt wordt bij ons bedrijf van generatie op generatie doorgegeven. Neeltje Jans beschikt over voedselrijke mosselpercelen in de Oosterschelde en de Waddenzee en is eigenaar van de grootste hangmosselkwekerij van Nederland. De hangmosselen hangen hoog in voedselrijk water aan lange touwen. De kwekerij, ooit gestart als experiment van een ervaren bodemmosselvisser is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een innovatief werkend bedrijf. Neeltje Jans Mosselen wil voldoen aan de vraag naar een subliem product. Daarom houden wij de hele productieketen in eigen hand: van het mosselzaad, de teeltmethoden, het oogsten van de mosselen, de verwatertechnieken tot en met het verpakken en het transport. Daarnaast investeert Viskwekerij Neeltje Jans voortdurend in nieuwe, zelfontwikkelde technieken. Mosselen moeten altijd vers zijn. Wij kunnen u een versheidsgarantie geven omdat wij over eigen transport beschikken. De mosselen komen rechtstreeks vanuit de viskwekerij naar u toe.

We buy also Northsea fish directly from the biggest auction in Europe and process our fish at high standard, state of the art fish processing facilities here in the Netherlands. Palingrokerij Dries van den Berg, opgericht in 1978 is aanvankelijk begonnen als palingrokerij waar paling gerookt werd voor eigen markthandel. De paling die hier 's nachts werd gerookt, werd op markten in heel Nederland aan de man gebracht. Als enige nog overgebleven palingrokerij van Harderwijk, zijn we trots deze lokale lekkernij dagelijks vers aan te bieden. Wij roken de paling nog boven een knisperend houtvuur. Paling roken op ambachtelijke wijze, met bijbehorend vakmanschap, de liefde voor het product en uiteraard de juiste soort zachte paling, kunnen wij onze klanten dagelijks een unieke kwaliteit vers gerookte paling bieden. De kunst van het vak begint al bij het kopen van de levende paling. Om de beste kwaliteit te selecteren moet men jarenlang ervaring hebben. Door ons vakmanschap op palinggebied kunnen wij voor het roken, de magere van de vette paling onderscheiden. Ondanks de perfecte verwerking van de paling voor het roken, valt of staat de kwaliteit met het rookproces. Van Der Endt-Louwerse

Rond 1920 is het bedrijf in Yerseke ontstaan. Grootvader Van der Endt is begonnen met het verzamelen van schelpengrit op het dijktalud aan de overkant waar het huidige bedrijf, nog steeds, gevestigd is. Hier werd het schelpengrit aan de lucht gedroogd en verpakt. Met paard en wagen bracht men in de omgeving de calciumbron aan huis bij de pluimveehouders. In de jaren 50 is men het grootser gaan aanpakken. Er werd een eigen schip gekocht dat de schelpen van de schelpenbanken kon opzuigen. De grotere aanvoer en innovatie zorgde ervoor dat Van der Endt zich steeds meer is gaan specialiseren in andere toepassingen voor schelpen. “Ostrea” is van oudsher de merknaam waaronder de producten op de markt gebracht worden. In 2005 heeft men de productie en het merk ØTA (Oyta) overgenomen uit Denemarken. Zij bedienden tot 2004 met zeeschelpen hoofdzakelijk de Scandinavische en de exportmarkt vanaf een oever aan het Roskilde Fjord. Met het produceren zijn ze moeten stoppen, nadat het fjord waar hun schelpen uit gewonnen werden verklaard werd tot beschermd vogelgebied. De oestergrit haalde men daarna uit Noorwegen, gedroogd en gezeefd. Na steeds terug-komende aanvoer problemen heeft de toenmalige directeur Laust Dahlgaard besloten het merk ØTA (Oyta) te verkopen aan Van der Endt-Louwerse, Europees de grootste leverancier. Onze activiteiten zijn onder andere: Winning van grondstoffen met ons huidige schip de “Eemshorn” Produceren van allerlei soorten grit voor de mengvoederindustrie Produceren van diverse aanvullende voeders en bodembedekkers Het verpakken van verschillende private labels Het aanvoeren en wassen van schelpen voor isolatiemateriaal Verkoop van schelpen voor onder andere drainage, waterzuivering, luchtfilters en als halfverharding voor paden en tuinen.
