Our enterprise is committed to replenishing the depleted worldwide stores of Sea Cucumbers which have been overfished for their health benefits. Sea Cucumbers have been a staple in Eastern medicine for centuries and are known to have advantageous nutritional properties. High in protein and low in fat, they are especially prized in Chinese cuisine and culture.

With ocean fishing activities since 1992, Danish-American Shipping Corp. was formally established in 2006 as an integrated seafood producer, with both ocean wild and aquaculture operations. Organized from the base, DASC owns the primary parts of the production chain. The shrimp farms and the ships. We harvest, produce and export our own raw materials from Ecuador and Panama. Ecuador Wild & Farm Shrimp In Ecuador we operate over hectares of shrimp farms, which we harvest and export for a total volume of over tons per year of finished frozen Vannamei shrimp. At the same time our port volume of Wild Shrimp is aprox. 1200 tons per year incoming from 35 ships. Uruguayan Hake & Production We have our own processing plant where we store, repackage and reprocess products from the entire national fishing vessels to export abroad.
