2017-ci ildə təsis edilmiş Grand-Agro MMC 2 il ərazində 1100 hektar ərazidə (əsasən zeytun olmaqla) 800 çox zeytun və badam tinglərinin əkinini uğurla həyata keçirmişdir. Tinglərin seçimində torpaq sahələrinin, su mənbələrinin bioloji və kimyəvi analizləri aparılmış, yerli iqlimi, məhsulun bazar üstünlüyünü nəzərə alaraq yüksək məhsuldarlığı ilə seçilən İspan, İtaliyan və Fransız mənşəli 23 zeytun və 9 badam sortundan ibarət sort xəritəsi hazırlanmış və əkini həyata keçirilmişdir. 660 hektarlıq köhnə zeytun bağlarında əsaslı budama aparılmışdır. Ərazilər Qala, Türkan, Hövsan, Zirə, Ramanada yerləşməklə 2 il ərzində 2500 hektara yaxın ərazidə 12 nasos stansiyası kompleksi qurulmuş, 3 qaraj kompleksi tikilmiş, bütün işçi heyəti daimi və yerli olmaqla 350 nəfər işlə təmin olunmuşdur. Yerli mütəxəssislərimizin daimi inkişafını, iş məhsuldarlığını artırmağı əsas prinsip olaraq saxlamaqla Zeytun Emalı Zavodu istismara verildikdən sonra ümumi işçi heyətinin 500-ə çatdırılması planlaşdırılır. Grand-Agro MMC-nin əkin sahələrindən maksimum məhsuldarlıq hədəfləri müəyyənləşdirilmiş və məhsuldarlıq planlaması əsasında illik emal gücü 15 ton olan süfrəlik zeytun və zeytun yağı istehsalı kompleksinin layihələndirilməsi işləri tamamlamışdır. Zavodun istismara verilməsi 2021-ci ildə nəzərdə tutulmuş və əhalinin yüksək keyfiyyətli zeytun məhsulları ilə təmin olunması planlaşdırılmışdır. Ümumilikdə şirkətimiz Azərbaycanda qeyri-neft sektorunun inkişafını, Abşeron yarımadasının, xüsusən də Bakı şəhərinin ekoloji vəziyyətinin əhəmiyyətli yaxşılaşdırılmasını, zeytun məhsulları ilə vətəndaşlarımızın sağlamlığına əvəzedilməz töhfə verilməsini, ölkəmizdə zeytun mədəniyyətinin formalaşdırılmasını əsas hədəflər olaraq seçməklə nümunəvi kənd təsərrüfatı şirkəti olmaq missiyasındadır.

Yem istehsalını əvəzedilməz komponent olan şrot və bitki yağları ilə təmin etmək üçün ATS Qrupun tərkibində soya və günəbaxan emalı zavodu da istifadəyə verilmişdir. Zavod ildə 35 min ton soya və günəbaxan emal edir. Müəssisənin xammala olan tələbatı əsasən Cənubi Amerika ölkələrindən idxal, qismən isə yerli məhsullar hesabına ödənilir. Həm yem, həm də bitki yağları fabriklərinin xammal təminatının yaxşılaşdırılması üçün ATS Qrup tərəfindən müqaviləli əkinçilik layihəsi həyata keçirilir. Layihə hektar sahədə 60-dan artıq kiçik fermer təsərrüfatını əhatə edir. Soya və qarğıdalı əkinləri üçün fermerlər şirkət tərəfindən toxum, gübrə, pestisidlər və texnika ilə əvvəlcədən təmin edilirlər. Göstərilən maddi və aqronomik dəstək əkinçilərin güclənməsi və böyüməsinə kömək edir.
