Hacienda Gosen
Ten years ago we began to build up an idea: Develop a farm in the puertorrican country side that would begin as a traditional farm and gradually turn it into a full agroindustrial operation. We knew we could provide jobs in an area where job opportunities are few and far between. Today our idea is a reality. Amongst the green Puerto Rico mountains, between Moca and San Sebastian, in a lush 160 acre land you will find Hacienda Gosén. We combine the harvesting of products such as plantain, citrics, breadfruit, eggplant, yam, roots, pumpkin, and peppers; with the manufacture of products such as seasoned fried plantains, fried breadfruits, plantain soup, eggplant caviar, pumpkin canape (barriguitas de vieja), sliced ripe plantains, among others. We offer our clients products made with natural ingredients and no preservatives, assuring their freshness. Hacienda Gosén integrates two economic activities: agriculture and food processing manufacturing. We have evolved from a traditional farm business into an AgroIndustry. Our goal is to create products known for their exquisiteness. That’s why our products are classified as “Specialty Foods”. Our trademark is the freshness, innovation, and authenticity of our products. Enjoy!

Hyperlocal Powering Fusion Farms
HyperLocal powering Fusion Farms is a first-in-class, capital-efficient Controlled Environment Aquaponics (“CEAq”) facility and a leader in innovation, investment potential, contribution to food security, and social impact considerations. a closed-loop system built at the intersection of profitability and sustainability. Fusion Farms builds and manages modern farming solutions using sustainable, controlled aquaponic environments for communities that face environmental, climatic and economic challenges. Our initial CEAq facility is located in beautiful Mayaguez on the Western reaches of Puerto Rico. Controlled Environment Aquaponics (CEAq) combines elements of hydroponics, aquaculture and renewable energy in a fully contained and controlled, high-output farming environment. This unique combination of technologies allows for the organic production of a variety of vegetable products, as well as fish, all within a CEAq facility. Fusion Farms' goal is to provide a local, reliable source of fresh, nutritious food to Puerto Rico, eliminate its reliance on expensive, sub-par food imports, and restore the island's food sovereignty, security, and independence. The PROBLEM that we solve is; that Hurricane Maria destroyed 80% of the farms in Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is not a Food Sovereign Island and food security is a huge threat to the entire population. The Island is a Net Importer of foodstuffs, importing over 90% of the food which is consumed on the Island. Our SOLUTION is; Hurricane-Protected Aquaponic Vertical Farm utilizing renewable energy, rainwater harvest, aquaponics that utilizes 10% of the water of traditional agriculture, and an indoor vertical rack system to grow 9 to 12 times the annual yield of traditional farming. Our VALUE-ADDED Ingredient is; our completely sustainable model that requires no outside inputs. Fusion Farms grows the Moringa trees which are the plant-based protein source for the fish food that we manufacture on the farm!
