Zaharul Oradea Sa

Zaharul Oradea SA was a sugar factory in Oradea, Romania. The factory was operating from 1968 until 2018. It produced sugar for the food industry and the retail business. In 2009, Pfeifer & Langen GmbH & Co. KG took over 100% of Zaharul Oradea SA. In the following years from 2010 until 2015, intensive investments were made in machine and automation technology. Besides a new silo and a new beet washing installation, the boiler house was the largest of all investments. Despite intensive investments, changes in the sugar industry and the policy of the European Union, in particular the liberalization of the market in 2017, in combination with the insufficient sugar beet harvest in the geographical area of our factory in Oradea, led to the inevitable decision to stop sugar production at the Oradea factory. The last campaign in the Oradea sugar factory ran in 2018. In the same year „Pfeifer & Langen Romania“ was founded with a focus on sales and marketing activities for the local market. Since then it has been reflecting the international presence as a full subsidiary of the Pfeifer & Langen Group. It ensures that the international brand “Diamant”, the product range, and established contractual terms are carried on. The long-standing commitment to providing quality products and customer care remains the top priority. With the consumer brand “Diamant” and the extended product range for industrial users, Pfeifer & Langen Romania continues to focus fully on serving the current customer portfolio.

In spatiul mic, de altadata, situat pe Sos. Mihai Bravu, clientii erau intampinati de mirosul imbietor al strudelelor si merdenelelor aburinde, al buseurilor aurii sau de parfumul cozonacilor gata scosi din cuptor. Datorita parerilor pozitive primite din partea clientilor multumiti de calitatea produselor de patiserie, am decis ca în anul 1997 sa ne extindem activitatea prin fabricarea si comercializarea produselor de cofetarie. Am oferit clientilor prajiturile traditionale, precum amandina, savarina si eclerul, toate lucrate cu pricepere si maiestrie, folosind materii prime naturale de cea mai buna calitate. Diversificarea activitatii a continuat si in anii urmatori, iar începând din anul 2003, am dezvoltat o linie pentru fabricarea inghetatei. Bazandu-ne pe folosirea unor retete traditionale, puse in aplicare de un tehnolog, am reusit crearea unei inghetate delicioase cu diferite arome naturale de fructe sau ciocolata. In prezent, Cofetăria Alice dispune de 3 laboratoare proprii, de cofetărie, patiserie şi inghetata, precum si de un punct de desfacere, situate în Şos. Mihai Bravu, nr. 123-135, Bucuresti. Intrucat deviza Cofetariei Alice este “Creat cu pasiune” ne propunem sa imbunatatim in permanenta calitatea si sa diversificam cat mai mult gama de produse pentru a satisface si cele mai exigente gusturi.
