Avaliku teenistuse tippjuhtideks on ministeeriumide kantslerid ja asekantslerid, Riigikantselei direktorid, ametite ja inspektsioonide peadirektorid, Häirekeskuse peadirektor, riigiarhivaar ning Kaitseväe juhataja. Tippjuhte ühendab soov teha väljakutseid pakkuvat ja vastutusrikast tööd, osaleda Eesti tulevikku kujundavate otsuste tegemisel, panustada rahvusvahelisse koostöösse ja aidata kaasa Eesti riigi arengule. Estonian FIU prevents money laundering, financing terrorism and evading financial sanctions.
