المجلس الأعلى للعلوم والتكنولوجيا هو مؤسسة وطنية مستقلة تأسست عام 1987 بموجب القانون رقم (30)ويُعد المرجعية الوطنية العليا للسياسات والاستراتيجيات العلمية والتكنولوجية في الأردن. يهدف المجلس إلى بناء قاعدة علمية وتكنولوجية وطنية تُسهم في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، من خلال تعزيز الوعي بأهمية البحث العلمي والتطوير، وتوفير الدعم المالي والبيئة المناسبة للأنشطة العلمية والتكنولوجية، وتوجيهها بما يتماشى مع الأولويات الوطنية. يرأس المجلس صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الحسن بن طلال المعظم، الذي يُعتبر من أبرز الداعمين للعلم والعلماء في المملكة، وصاحب رؤية استراتيجية في تمكين البحث العلمي والابتكار، وتوظيف المعرفة والتكنولوجيا لخدمة المجتمع. يتبع المجلس الأعلى عدد من المراكز العلمية المتخصصة منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر مثل المركز الوطني للبحث والتطوير، والمركز الوطني للإبداع، ومركز المعلومات الوطني للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، وغيرها، والتي تُعنى بتعزيز البحث العلمي وتطوير القدرات الوطنية في مختلف المجالات. كما يُدير المجلس عدة صناديق تهدف إلى دعم البحث والتطوير والابتكار، مثل صندوق دعم البحث العلمي والابتكار، وصندوق دعم البحث العلمي والتطوير في الصناعة، وصندوق دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة (نافس)، بالإضافة إلى برامج التعاون الدولي مع جهات إقليمية ودولية.

نبذة عن الهيئة هيئة تنظيم قطاع الطاقة والمعادن هيئة حكومية تتمتع بشخصية اعتبارية ذات استقلال مالي واداري ولها بهذه الصفة تملك الاموال المنقولة وغير المنقولة اللازمة لتحقيق اهدافها والقيام بجميع التصرفات القانونية بما في ذلك ابرام العقود وقبول المساعدات والتبرعات والمنح والهبات، ولها حق التقاضي وينوب عنها في الإجراءات القضائية المحامي العام المدني، وتعتبر الخلف القانوني لهيئة تنظيم قطاع الكهرباء وهيئة تنظيم العمل الاشعاعي والنووي وسلطة المصادر الطبيعية بما يتعلق بالمهام التنظيمية المقررة للسلطة وذلك بموجب قانون اعادة هيكلة المؤسسات والدوائر الحكومية رقم (17) لسنة 2014 ويمثلها رئيس مجلس المفوضين /الرئيس التنفيذي لدى الغير، وتتألف من المجلس والجهاز التنفيذي. وتهدف الهيئة إلى تنظيم القطاع على اساس التوازن بين مصالح المستهلكين والمرخص لهم والمستثمرين واي جهات اخرى ذات علاقة بما فيها تنظيم ومراقبة استخدامات قطاع الطاقة النووية والاشعة المؤينة، وتقوم ايضاً بالتأكد من توافر شروط ومتطلبات السلامة العامة والوقاية الاشعاعية والامان والامن النووي وتعمل على حماية البيئة وصحة الانسان وممتلكاته من اخطار التلوث والتعرض للإشعاعات المؤينة كما تهدف الى رعاية مصالح مستهلكي الكهرباء شريطة التزامهم بشروط تزويد الخدمة الصادرة عن المرخص لهم والمعتمدة من قبل الهيئة، والحفاظ على بنية فاعلة للقطاع وتطويرها بما يسهم ويعزز الجدوى الاقتصادية له وتحسين كفاءته، وتعمل الهيئة على ضمان توفير خدمات آمنة في القطاع، مستقرة ودائمة ذات جودة عالية وبصورة كافية وضمان تقيد المشاريع العاملة في القطاع بمعايير المحافظة على البيئة وشروط السلامة العامة المطبقة في المملكة، وتنظيم الاستغلال الامثل للثروات المعدنية بما فيها استخراج واستخلاص المعادن الحجرية واستثمار المعادن وتجهيزها واعدادها للتسويق

Institut Français De Jordanie

L’Institut français de Jordanie (IFJ), à Amman, est l’opérateur culturel de l’ambassade de France en Jordanie. Il est situé dans l’un des plus anciens quartiers de la capitale du royaume hachémite, au sommet de Jabal Webdeh, et ce depuis sa création en 1963. Grâce au travail des équipes successives, le « markaz » s’est complètement intégré dans l’environnement de cette colline culturelle. L’IFJ abrite quatorze salles de classes, une salle d’exposition et une cafétéria, médiathèque. Aujourd’hui, l’IFJ propose plusieurs services et activités - Cours de français et d’arabe (en groupe ou en cours particuliers)- Examens et diplômes en langue française (DELF, DALF, TEF, TCF, DFP…)- Une médiathèque (plus de 12 ouvrages en langue française, CD, DVD, Bande-dessinées, livres adulte, livres jeunesse, périodiques,…)- Bureau Campus France pour renseigner les Jordaniens désireux d’étudier en France - Evénements culturels, réguliers ou exceptionnels, tout au long de l’année : concerts, spectacles de danse, pièces de théâtre, festivals de cinéma, conférences et débats, expositions, intra et/ou extra-muros. Par ailleurs, l’Institut Français de Jordanie s’associe régulièrement à la mise en place de projets initiés par des acteurs culturels Jordaniens.
