National Water Resources Authority

The mission of National Water Resources Authority (NWRA) is to manage the nation’s water resources on a sustainable basis, to ensure satisfaction of basic water needs by all but especially by the poor, and to establish a system of water allocation that is fair, yet flexible for meeting varying needs of economically and demographically dynamic sectors. NWRA is a knowledge-based organization where a team of dedicated and trained professional has committed itself to acquiring and disseminating knowledge on natural, social and economic aspects of water. This knowledge provides basis for devising water policies and plans for achieving the above objectives. We at NWRA recognize that technical knowledge is only one input into water resources management, which is essentially a peoples oriented process. Therefore, our guiding paradigm is that of Co-management of water resources whereby we look forwards to forging partnership with the stakeholders and communities to manage water resources.

تأسس مجلس الاعتماد الأكاديمي وضمان جودة التعليم العالي بالقرار الجمهوري رقم (210) لعام 2009، وأوكد عليه في قانون التعليم العالي رقم (13) لسنة 2010. وتشكل مجلس أمنائه بقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم (206) لسنة 2010. وتوج ذلك في 30 مايو 2012، بإصدار القرار الجمهوري رقم (66) بتسمية رئيس المجلس. وفي أواخر عام 2012، استكمل المجلس إعداد الإطار المرجعي لضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي في اليمن، وكذلك معايير وأدلة ضمان الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي.

Roads Maintenance Fund Rmf

As Yemen’s premier roads maintenance institution, Roads Maintenance Fund (RMF) plays a central role in preserving and enhancing the nation’s road infrastructure” Mission Statement: “To safeguard, enhance, and maintain Yemen’s road network through sustainable practices, innovative solutions, and strategic partnerships, ensuring accessibility for all while securing and managing resources effectively.” Vision Statement: “To create a resilient, safe, and sustainable road infrastructure that supports Yemen’s socio-economic growth, recovery, and alignment with national priorities.” Legal Foundation: Established under Law No. 27 of RMF has a mandate to Censure road sustainability, enforce axle weight regulations, and secure sustainable funding. Governance: Operates under the Ministry of Public Works and Roads with an independent Board of Directors overseeing strategic and financial decisions. Operational Structure: Headquarters in Aden and provisions for regional branches, enabling localized management of road maintenance and rehabilitation.

الهيئة العامة للعلوم والبحوث والتكنولوجيا والابتكار Hasti

الهيئة العليا للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار هي هيئة حكومية عليا تتبع رئاسة الجمهورية اليمنية، أنشئت بموجب قرار رئيس المجلس السياسي الأعلى رقم (27) لــ عام 2020م في إطار الرؤية الوطنية لبناء الدولة اليمنية الحديثة “يد تحمي ويد تبني”. تعمل الهيئة على تهيئة بيئة محفزة وداعمة للتميز والإبداع والابتكار والبحث العلمي في مجال العلوم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار وتساهم في تعزيز العلاقة بين المؤسسات العلمية والهيئات البحثية من جهة والوحدات الاقتصادية في القطاع العام والمختلط والخاص من جهة أخرى لتوظيف العلوم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار في بناء اقتصاد مستقل مبني على المعرفة والبحث العلمي ولذلك تعمل الهيئة على نشر ثقافة العلوم والتكنولوجيا والإبداع والابتكار في المؤسسات التعليمية والوحدات الاقتصادية المختلفة وتوجيه المبدعين والعلماء والباحثين نحو المجالات ذات الأولوية. دشنت الهيئة أعمالها في الـ 11 من يناير 2021م، في العاصمة صنعاء، ويرأسها منذ نشأتها الدكتور منير عبد الرحمن القاضي.
