National Youth Council Of Malawi
The National Youth Council of Malawi (NYCOM) was established after government realized that there was immediate need for proper coordination of youth programmes, following the mushrooming of various youth-serving and youth-led organizations and an exponential rise in the interest of other non-state actors to participate in the youth sector. The Council exists as an implementing arm of the Ministry for youth, currently part of the Ministry of Labour, Youth, and Sports. NYCOM is a key institution for ensuring efficient and effective implementation, coordination and evaluation of various youth programmes in Malawi. NYCOM is mandated to register youth organisations, and coordinate, promote and regulate youth work in Malawi. NYCOM's nature is such that it gives the youth room to participate in its running through the Board of Directors, the General Assembly and various other platforms. Currently, NYCOM has about 300 affiliate organisations spread across Malawi reaching various geographical areas and working in different thematic areas.

Office Of The Director Of Public Officers' Declarations Odpod
The Office of the Director of Public Officers’ Declarations (ODPOD) is an independent public governance institution within Malawi Government established under Section 6 (1) of the Public Officers’ (Declaration of Assets Liabilities and Business Interests) Act. The Act provides legal and institutional framework for the implementation of Section 88 A and Section 213 of the Constitution of Republic of Malawi. The Office was established in 2013 and started its operations in 2014. The objective of the Act is to promote public confidence in the public service especially among listed public officers and elected officials. The Directorate is headed by the Director and assisted by the Deputy Director, both of whom are appointed by the Public Appointments Committee (PAC) of Parliament. The Director is responsible for the overall administration of the Act, including enforcement, regulation and monitoring of declarations submitted by listed public officers. The mandate of the Directorate is to enforce, regulate and monitor declarations submitted by listed public officers by, among others, receiving and verifying declarations; enforcing listed public officers’ compliance by referring non-compliant officers to relevant authorities with recommendations for appropriate sanctions. The Directorate executes its statutory functions through its four technical divisions of (a) Receiving and Documentation Division;(b) Verification and Monitoring Division;(c) Public Education Division; and (d) Research, Policy and Planning Division.

Malawi Federation Of Cooperatives Mafeco
MAFECO is a member-owned cooperative body serving as an umbrella organization for cooperatives in Malawi. Registered under the Cooperative Societies Act in 2015, MAFECO represents, protects, and defends the interests of its member cooperatives through advocacy, lobbying, and capacity-building initiatives. MAFECO's mission is to promote cooperative development as a means of alternative economic empowerment in Malawi. The organization also facilitates training and education for cooperative members, collects and disseminates information, and works to improve the legal and regulatory framework for cooperatives. MAFECO is active in the cooperative movement in Malawi, working with the Registrar of Cooperatives to update data on the state of cooperatives in the country. The goal is for all cooperative unions to be affiliated with MAFECO to have a unified cooperative movement. The governance structure of MAFECO is headed by an Annual General Meeting (AGM) constituted by member cooperative unions, each represented by its Board Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and CEO. The AGM is also attended by non-voting delegates and other stakeholders. The organization is led by a Board of Directors elected by the AGM.
