Baltu Investments is a holding company established in 2022 to consolidate under one strategic umbrella several hystorical independent business lines – operations in forestry, real estate, development and management of commercial real estate and stevedoring services, as well as to expand the operations with investments into financial markets and venture capital. We are a single family office uniting exceptional expertise in diversified areas of operations, smart professionals onboard and care for maximizing the potential of each asset to create financial and social value for future generations. We aim to build a unique, fundamentally sound investment approach that delivers stable and sustainable returns regardless of market fluctuations, while effectively managing capital to create long-term value and impact for future generations. The name “BALTU” is inspired by the ancient Baltic peoples and their culture. Remarkably, the roots of the Balts trace back as far as BC – and for good reason: To stand by your word. To think ahead.
