Tabasam Gardens
Tabasam Gardens is a project being spearheaded by Akanga Matende & Company Advocates. It is located in Diani and lies on a 5acre piece of land. The land has been subdivided into 1/4s & 1/8s and going for 2.8M and 1.45M respectively. The property has a boundary wall erected, a main security gate, fresh water and electricity. The area is also filled with a variety of fruit trees (mangoes, coconuts, ukwaju, oranges & lemons).
