Housing Works Central Oregon Regional Housing Authority
At Housing Works, our mission is simple: Fostering Dignity Through Housing. We believe dignity starts with quality, affordable housing. Serving Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties in Central Oregon, we offer affordable homes and services to help individuals build a better future. We proudly administer a federal contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide rental assistance through the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. Currently, we assist over 1,400 families and individuals monthly, bringing more than $9 million annually into the Central Oregon rental market. The program involves over 500 participating local landlords, strengthening the community’s housing infrastructure. We provide homes for workforce, seniors, veterans, and more. From affordable housing to savings accounts, credit-building loans, and home ownership support, we offer essential services that help individuals thrive. Newton Housing Authority
The Newton Housing Authority was created in 1959 and is the largest provider of affordable housing in the City of Newton. The NHA provides housing assistance to over low-income residents through the administration of federal and state-sponsored subsidized housing programs and the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. The NHA also owns and operates a management portfolio of 93 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units. The NHA has a responsibility to provide and maintain a high standard of housing, which allows our residents a safe, clean, and affordable home in which to reside. The NHA also endeavors to create a sense of community for its residents through its social service programs, so as to enhance their quality of life within an environment of dignity and caring. In recent years, the NHA has worked to create more affordable housing in the City of Newton and greatly expand our Resident Services Program, providing enhanced tenant-focused social services and clinical case management to better meet the changing needs of our residents.

St. Stephen Housing Association
St. Stephen Housing Association addresses the needs of homeless families with children by providing a stable environment in which a temporary home is provided, with support services to enable families to move toward economic stability and self-sufficiency. We accomplish this with sensitive and compassionate case managers who are trained to work with families who come have become homeless and have experienced traumatic life experience, as well as offering life skills training. We are A non-profit 501(c)3 organization, who has received grants from a variety of foundations, and individual donations. We are always looking for Volunteers to help with: Donation pick-up and delivery. Facilities and grounds maintenance, Cleaning and painting interior and exterior areas of housing units. We also accept donations! Lighty or gently used beds, and bed frames, new mattress covers, all sizes, dressers, kitchen table and chairs and living room furniture.

Tallahassee Lenders' Consortium
As a NeighborWorks Home Ownership Center our goal is to increase home ownership and revitalize neighborhoods. TLC provides information and education regarding credit counseling and the process of purchasing a home to low income and very low income families. In addition, TLC administers the City of Tallahassee and Leon County's Down Payment Assistance Programs and assists local lenders in making affordable loans by processing, underwriting, and packaging these loans. Through the collaboration of residents and business leaders, government and nonprofit partners, the NeighborWorks Home Ownership Center offers all of the services and training needed to shop for, purchase, rehabilitate, insure, maintain, and manage a home.
